Harve Jacobs of WCSC reports on an ongoing investigation that “Lt. Tyger Benton of the Colleton County Sheriff’s Office says Ralph Stair has been taken into custody on eight warrants.

Police reporter Harve Jacobs investigated Stair in October after multiple women and former members of his church came forward with sexual assault allegations.”

Brother R.G. Stair is being held awaiting a bond hearing this afternoon.

Not sure if he means Brother Stair is an alleged cult preacher or an alleged preacher, but Stair’s arrest is not alleged any longer. As Brother Stair himself said in 1987, “No longer will it be prolonged“ -RG Stair, 1987 Prophecy

Could it be that Stair’s words will finally come to pass and his reign of prolonged sexual terror will end? We shall see if the end of his sexual misconduct is at hand.

Prophet Brother R.G. Stair Arrested on 8 Charges:

3 counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct [Rape]
1 count of Assault with intent to commit first-degree criminal sexual conduct [Rape]
1 count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor [12-y-o]
1 count of second-degree Assault
1 count of Kidnapping
1 count of Burglary

Plus, they have issued a search warrant for the property.

Note: These 3 counts of rape are not on three accounts of the act of rape; these are from three separate women who were repeatedly assaulted, just as the two were in the 2002 case against Brother Stair.

Back of the Farm – Monday of the Raid

Brother Stair has just returned back from hiding off the grounds thinking the raid would have taken place over the weekend. [Great prophetic insight] Don’t miss this point of his running away because he’s not going to tell you about it later. In fact, he’s going to tell us that he went quietly without a fight, that they didn’t have to come looking for him hiding somewhere. Yet he was hiding, and they probably knew it and waited for him to return.

At 10:29 AM the Overcomer Ministry streaming broadcast feed went down. There is nothing but dead air – because:
- The FBI confiscated the computers to search for child porn.
- They also confiscated the Farm’s illegal FM transmitter, which he has been running illegally for decades.
At 11:16 AM the 24 kbps feed became inoperable or was shut down. [because the FBI confiscated the computers]
2:35 PM the broadcast returned somehow, playing an old tape message.

Has his mouth been silenced? (Titus 1:11) It’s too early to tell. Brother Stair knows how to get lawyered up and get out of rape charges [2002]. He has been around this mountain (of sexual allegations) before. This sexual misconduct has been the hallmark of his ministry.

No Timely Word from the Lord

The ministry that never gave us a clue of what time it really is, has continued that streak with not informing us now of the trying times in this present distress. How are we to know the times from Brother Stair when it all comes down, as it did this day for the Overcomer, how are we going to get that essential word form God that is to only come from Brother Stair’s mouth? Or has Brother Stair been leading us on that he would be the man to lead and tell us? I really don’t like where he is leading us with this distress. This is certainly not the holiness unto the Lord (Isa 23:18) that Stair preached before 2001 for which those who came to the Community came for.

Could this be another ploy to strike fear into the hearts of supporters that they had better divest themselves of what they’re holding back because it is that close? [The fear was sure in Brother Stair] Or have the authorities pulled the plug as they search the community? [Yep, that’s what happened] Awhile back listeners were purposely cut off by Brother Stair from Brother Stair’s words at Prayer Time and the Sabbath Service videos were discontinued as Bro Stair wasn’t sure he could restrain himself from feeling up the women on camera. So the YouTube videos were stopped and taken down. Yet, the whole importance of this ministry, Bro Stair’s purpose and calling, is that he is the voice that the world needs to listen to, to hear the final words of God to this generation.

Let’s not forget that Brother Stair played one of these fear ploys of the Broadcast going down and his Voice ceasing to speak to the world. This was in October 2006 when he went into a tantrum because God’s people on his Farm were not treating Brother Stair right. Not in the way Brother Stair deems right – submitting to everything he says and desires to exercise over you. Seems there was enough of this submission/subjection to get him to the place we are today with his arrest.

Here at this pressing time we now see that this intention of giving attention to the Prophet is not going to pan out when a timely word is needed the most. Here we are in the end, perhaps of his ministry, and we are hearing nothing timely. This should not have surprised us if we were only paying attention. Because nothing that has been said has been on target or of any use to us spiritually from the mouth of Brother Stair. Which is the mouth of God according to Stair.

Back on the Air

The Overcomer broadcast returned at 2:35 PM Monday with an old tape message from the 70s of the giggly, joking, smooth-sounding Bro Stair telling one of his stories outside of scripture. His story of Sampson, the one that couldn’t resist a woman and whom a woman took down…[sounding too familiar now] He says Sampson lived openly with a woman that didn’t belong to him… [think Rose and the rest of his harem] He’s told us, Don’t overlook the obvious!

Prophets Without Foresight

Just as Jezebel who claimed prophetic insight, yet could not see her end coming, Brother Stair did not change his ways 16 years ago when God gave him the space to repent in 2001, and he despised it and waxed worse and worse.

“they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning” (2Pt 2:20)

Now we see God using a child that was born those 16 years ago take him down. That’s how you put God in it folks.

It’s time we realize that these “threatenings” that Brother Stair has been saying was over him, this “persecution” that is against his message that Jesus is coming is about something other than “his message”. That this is God’s sword of judgment [law enforcement (Rom 13:1-4)] coming against Brother Stair’s sin that he refused to repent of. The man that heard not a word of his own message against sin and God’s judgment upon even His people that persist in it – Brother Stair. Bro Stair neglected – yet thought he would escape (Heb 2:3).

The current broadcast of his old messages has Bro Stair essentially mocking himself with his own words, as his life is now known to be the fulfillment of the wickedness and judgment that he is preaching against. The broadcast since Brother Stair’s arrest has been airing his old messages that condemn his lifestyle and sins in these later years. Perhaps he is still trying to fool listeners and supporters into thinking Bro Stair’s message is against sin – when he’s changed his message in the last 16 years to one of allowing sin and not restraining sin – Gnosticism.

These old messages are an outright deception of the man we see today. They were meant to deceive listeners back then and they are now used to deceive supporters into believing that Brother Stair is a good Godly man that preaches righteousness and is being persecuted for it. The truth that we now see more clearly, yet not fully I’m afraid, is that Brother Stair is a wicked man walking in sexual sin, unrepentant, and is using the old message of holiness to deceive people today into thinking he hasn’t changed that message. But he has. Wholesale! Stair no longer preaches that we must, or even can, live without sin. “The flesh is going to do what the flesh is going to do – let it” ~Brother Stair

For the Sake of Christ

These charges against Brother Stair are not regarding the Gospel (which Brother Stair doesn’t preach anyway), there are not charges against Christ, or against his preaching that Christ is soon coming – as he’s been telling us these last several months. These charges are against his breaking of the law of God to the point of breaking the law of man. These charges are against his sexual misconduct against the Body of Christ. Brother Stair is sinning against Christ.

When you sin against them in this way and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ. Therefore, if what I [do] causes my brother or sister to fall into sin, I will never [do it] again, so that I will not cause them to fall. (1Cor 8:12)

What we have here is God against Brother Stair’s sin where God had tried using His servants (donkeys) to turn Brother Stair around many times but Bro Stair rejects their words and casts them out – as Diotrephes did in 3John 1:9. These Brothers that have tried warning him are the ones that you have heard Brother Stair talk about over the decades that have “come against him” in their “iniquity”. These are those who confronted Brother Stair and who urged him to stop his sinning and do right. That warned him to get off the Internet. They left because he wouldn’t repent (as is evident now) or because Brother Stair cast them out in anger. They didn’t leave because they couldn’t handle the easy life on the Farm but because they were told they were coming to a holy place set apart from the evils of the world – only to find a greater evil at work – Brother Stair’s sexual agenda; and the covering up thereof.

These were the many whose preaching Brother Stair would cut off mid preaching, then not allowed to preach, then spoke against them, then they left or were cast out – like (in recent years) Brothers Charles, Stan, Samuel, Johnathon, the River Community (with Chris & Christopher), Enoch, …. and on the list continues over time. The list of those who have fled or been cast out of Brother Stair’s ministry covers over 99% of all that the Father has sent him. Bro Stair is doing his own will. How unChristlike does a man’s ministry have to be before we recognize who is behind it? (Jn 10:10)

The Sword of the Lord

For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. (Rom 13:3-4)

So now we see God using His sword [law enforcement (Rom 13:4)] to come against Brother Stair’s sins in judgment upon him. In all this, God is preserving and protecting His message from the perversion of Brother Stair’s message. God uses holy vessels to do His holy work (2Tim 2:20-22). The only use God would have for Brother Stair according to God’s word (2Tim 2:20-22) would be to clean the toilet – a vessel of dishonor. That is, if you consider Brother Stair a vessel of God in any way (Jude 1:10).

But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work. Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. (2Timothy 2:20-22)

The foolishness of man perverteth his way:
and his heart fretteth against the Lord.
(Proverbs 19:3)

A false witness shall not be unpunished,
and he that speaketh lies shall not escape.
A false witness shall not be unpunished,
and he that speaketh lies shall perish.

A man of great wrath shall suffer punishment:
for if thou deliver him,

You bear responsibility for propagating Brother Stairs’ lies and lifestyle, and you are largely the reason that people have come to be assaulted by Brother Stair. You are the reason for his acquiring funding to do these crimes against the people of God. His outreach on your medium is the means whereby he receives the funds that drive his empire of sexual sin.

Think about that as you continue to air his broadcast. You owe your listeners an apology and are responsible to inform them of Brother Stair’s crimes, even those of you that have canceled his broadcast – lest they continue to listen to him some other way without any realization of his error.
