Warning

Today’s message with Pastor James Rice is evidence of what we’ve been warning you of.  The way James Rice has turned the Overcomer Farm away from logical truth and seeing the lies that Brother Stair taught and into greater blindness as he continues them on a greater path of destruction by lying on the lies to make them out to be merely spiritual truths, thereby justifying their lack of manifestation (1Kings 15:26, 34).

This is what many didn’t foresee happening because they thought we’d have nothing to talk about once Brother Stair died.  That shortsightedness comes from not understanding what happens in cults when their leaders pass from the scene.  This is when the power struggle begins and makes a good cover-up of the reality of the failures of the former leader.  Watch as the Overcomer is now disintegrating and heading into Gnosticism.

Rather than taking events at face value, they are spiritualizing everything.  Making everything Brother Stair said meaningless, and that we are to just try to grasp the spirit of what he said rather than the manifestation of his words to come to pass.  At least the browbeating and harping on those who aren’t there (and aren’t listening) have subsided at the beginning of every service… for now.

“Every word of God is true…  However, we must hear what the spirit saith, and God does all things in His time.”

Thus begins the turning away.  Reject a [divisive] factious man after a first and second warning, knowing that such a man is perverted [has deviated from what is right] and sinning, being self-condemned (Titus 3:10-11  NASB77[95]).

Here is the justification that James Rice has perpetrated on the Overcomers to get them to turn aside from Brother Stair’s trap of his words manifesting in reality.  To spiritualize everything and blame it on God’s timing not being right yet.  Did God not get the memo that the great Prophet, His Own Voice on the face of the Earth today, said all these things from the Throne of God and that He has to make them come to pass?

Or should we perhaps rather realize that it is Brother Stair who has failed – not God?  But that would mean that we would have to confess that we have been wrong and have followed a false prophet that God never told us to follow.  That would then require repentance (Rev 2:16).  Something that the Overcomer has no example of – either in Brother Stair or Pastor Rice.

Gnosticism

This spiritualizing of Brother Stair’s words is the Gnosticism that is even now at work in the Overcomer.  For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is removed (2Thes 2:7  NASB).  This hear what the spirit saith and trying to put off the failure of his prophecies on God’s timing is to reject God’s word and remain in idolatry to the Prophet (Deut 18:22).

Thou sufferest [tolerate] that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce My servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols (Rev 2:20).

Idolatry

You don’t think it’s idolatry?  What did Rice mean by this line, “Every word of God is true…  However”?  He’s telling us that Brother Stair’s words are God’s words.  Rice sees that they have failed, however… we must hear what the spirit saith.  The Spirit saith that Brother Stair is a false prophet who told us lies when he said he was speaking for God.

When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously [spoken wickedly / forged it by the pride of his mind]: thou shalt not be afraid of him (Deut 18:22  [BST / DRB]).  You are not listening to what the Spirit saith but you are still holding to what Brother Stair saith and fearing kicking him to the curb for the liar that he is now clearly exposed to be.  You’re tolerating that false prophet (Rev 2:20).

Prophet 2.0

Pastor Rice addresses a phone call that asks about the obviously failed prophecies of Brother Stair, like Jesus coming six months after Brother Stair’s death but continues to deceive his people into continuing with their heads in the sand, awaiting the Lord’s judgment upon their deception.  Making [them] twice as much a son of Hell than the first deception did (Mt 23:15;  2Thes 2:4).

Then he states how some people hinder you from pressing toward the mark – as he is exemplifying that very hindrance here in his deception and perversion of Brother Stair’s words and mission (2Thes 2:4).

“In response to a phone call, I don’t believe you’ve heard it yet, but it’s, it’s just the spirit of what’s going on.”

Here we see James Rice preemptively prepping the followers for not only what they have been wrestling with but what they will encounter when they search for the truth.  This is done to make them numb to the truth of the matter and to prepare them for parroting lies that will keep them in the dark.

The spirit of what’s going on is this covering up the truth that became clear when Brother Stair died without his greatest prophecies about his death coming to pass even in the slightest.  This became crystal clear in September 2021 when Jesus didn’t return six months after his death.  So now they are faced with the choice of repenting for following a false prophet or remaining in their comfortable lifestyle (that is now void of the hammer man) where they are well fed, clothed, increased, and have need of nothing (Rev 3:17;  Deut 18:22).  They have chosen the latter and Pastor Rice is the spokesman of their delusion to continue in their unrighteous pleasure (2Thes 2:5-7, 11-12).

Phone Call Questions

“It goes like this ah, ‘Well I’m wondering what ah we ought to be doing what’s the next step?  Ah, Brother Stair said Jesus is coming six months after his death.  Ah, well, it’s past that.  Ah, he said that in a month when all the Feast Days fall in September, Jesus would come.  What’s going on?  What steps should we take?’  That what you say?  I got a message that says, “You know, there are two prophets left, where are they?’  Well, that’s not my take on it but that’s the message I get, and this is the looks I get.  These are the conversations we hear.  Amen?  Well, obviously we are still here.  Praise the Lord?”

Sounding like the caller has been reading this site or listening to Brother Stan’s Truth Blaster.  Obviously, they are not paying any mind to the things that Brother Stair says like this caller is.  These are hard facts that are put forth yet this isn’t James Rice’s take on it.  James Rice stated in the Rosh Hashanah 2021 Service that to hold to Brother Stair’s words manifesting is a trap!  That’s obviously his take on it.  To that trap, we would have hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth, and that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive [to Brother Stair] to do his will (2Tim 2:25-26 NIV).

Obviously, their faith is not in the words of their prophet to manifest.  So you have to ask yourself, what are they having faith in and what are they there for?  They are not helping the body of Christ worldwide, as much as they continue on the air – obviously to continue raking in the funds to support their life of ease (Rev 3:17, 2:20;  2Thes 2:12).  As this, and other callers, have been begging them to tell them what is going on – they have been silent.  RGStair.com and TheFinalWitness.com have alone been the only voices offering any clarity to this confusion since Brother Stair died.

No Present Truth

Even now, there is no present truth from the Overcomer telling of what’s going on and what steps we should take.  They are mumbling and stumbling in the dark (Matt 15:14).  This is because they are under a strong delusion that God sent them because they chose to believe the lies of Brother Stair rather than love the truth and seek it – no matter what the truth tells you about Brother Stair (2Thes 2:10-12;  Ex 20:3-4).

Sadly, the only thing that comes to mind for this caller (as with most followers) is that He’s given extra time.  What should come to mind is that Brother Stair was wrong and failed and that he lied on God – that’s what God says about it (Deut 18:22).  But alas, that never enters their simple [ignorant] minds (Pr 1:22, 22:3).  This extra time is another deception that Brother Stair sowed in his followers to keep them hanging on when his prophecies failed – and they always did.

The deception that continues in the minds of these listeners and followers of Brother Stair is astounding.  It’s clear evidence of the strong delusion that they have been turned over to (2Thes 2:11).  This caller makes it clear, as we’ve been pointing out for 16 months, that the Overcomer Ministry has no relevance to the present time or to assisting the body of Christ in these last days.  They have been working on how to concoct a scenario that will be swallowed by their supporters – which we have gotten hints of from Pastor Rice.

This caller is a typical example of those still following Brother Stair that are continuing in their confusion.  At least he questions what is not making sense, most followers are just burying their heads in the lies and ignoring that they are now clearly living a lie.  Feeding on Pastor James Rice’s lies and diversion so they don’t have to acknowledge the truth and be saved from all this delusion (1Tim 2:4-6;  2Thes 2:10-12).

They don’t know what’s going on because they are never able to come to the knowledge of the truth that Brother Stair and his remaining ministry are false and that he never heard from God or spoke for God (2Tim 3:7;  Deut 18:22).  The conclusion is simple, even Brother Stair made it clear.  Wake up and swallow the truth – and repent of this idolatry!

A man that is an heretick [factious] after the first and second admonition reject; Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.  (Titus 3:10-11)
Cursed is the man who puts his trust in mortal man and turns his heart away from God.  (Jer 17:5  TLB)

Obvious Contention

“Well, obviously we are still here…  Obviously, we still have faith….  So obviously we must say we earnestly contend for the faith.  Hu?  And keep fighting the good fight of faith and lay hold on eternal life.”

Because the 1% is still there, obviously, does not mean that it is obvious that they still have faith – that is a wrong conclusion and a deception – a strong delusion (2Thes 2:10-12).  Since this is in error the next error is even more off target.  This does not equate to, “they are contending for the right faith.”  They are definitely standing and contending for some kind of faith – that’s obvious – but it’s not the faith in the truth (2Thes 2:10-12).  This will certainly not end in eternal life – eternal damnation is the final end of the strong delusion (2Thes 2:11-12) – obviously!

Scripture says we are to earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints under the apostles (Jude 3:3).  The keyword there is ‘contend’.  The problem with the Overcomer Farm is that people are contending with one another because they can’t admit that they are wrong and that Brother Stair has failed and is verified false.

They don’t want to admit that they have to admit that they were wrong.  Thus humbling themselves into repentance.  Here, earnestly contending for the faith means repentance.  Thus they are not contending for the faith.  It is clearly seen that they are contending to retain Brother Stair’s lies under the direction (and perversion) of their dear Pastor Rice.

We now have James Rice stepping in and conditioning them to not think when those questions come up about what isn’t coming to pass that Brother Stair said would already have taken place.  He has got them to just keep their head in the sand.  James Rice is keeping them from waking up.  He has lulled them to sleep.

The very next verse in Jude is what the Overcomers are missing; For certain persons have crept in unnoticed, those who were long beforehand marked out for this condemnation, ungodly persons who turn the grace of our God into licentiousness and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ (Jude 1:4 NASB95).  This and the rest of Jude define Brother Stair and Pastor Rice.  See how Jude and Peter’s checklist shows us that they are talking about men like Brother Stair in the articles Dividing Christ, Double Honor, and Test the Spirits.

In High Places

“Against spiritual wickedness in high places.  Where does it show up?  On our faces.”

Negative!  That is a false teaching of Brother Stair’s – these are the faces that Brother Stair was always afraid of – that he says that God told him to not be afraid of.  Where it shows up is right there in the scripture that Pastor Rice just read.  He just spoke it out of his own mouth yet is unable to come to the knowledge of the truth that he just spoke (2Tim 3:7).  It shows up in high places!  The very place that Brother Stair was in, the place that Pastor Rice is now in.  The high place of the Overcomer.  The high place of the airwaves.  That is where the spiritual wickedness shows up!

A Pastor After the Prophet’s Heart

And he did evil in the sight of the LORD, and walked in the way of his father, and in his sin wherewith he made Israel to sin. (1Kings 15:26, 34)

This James Rice has not earned the right to lead the sheep.  He’s not earned the title of a pastor.  He has not operated in the calling of a pastor.  To do those you have to listen to the sheep and care for the needs of the sheep.  You have to uphold the word of God, not some false prophet that you are supposed to be delivering your flock from.  Cursed is the man who puts his trust in mortal man and turns his heart away from God (Jer 17:5 TLB).

James Rice refused to listen to the sheep in 2004 but rather harkened to the lies of Brother Stair after he was caught watching and airing pornography.  The sheep wanted him to help them and come to their side but he voiced his refusal of even wanting to hear what they had to say – not willing to test it.  He would not permit his prophet to be questioned – funny how he changed on that one when he called Stair’s words a trap.  As Brother Wayne once preached Meddle not with them that are given to change: For their calamity shall rise suddenly (Pr 24:21-22).  Rice would not so much as listen to a bleat from the helpless sheep who looked to him as their last mortal hope in setting Brother Stair right and reigning in his reign of terror upon us.  Bad pastor!  James Rice is merely a lackey for Brother Stair to serve his own selfish ends [as we will clearly see when he took his brother’s wife to be his own (Mk 6:18;  Ex 20:14, 17)].

Like most ministers, Pastor Rice raises himself up and expects others to hear him and follow his direction.  He’s only listening to the sheep to see where they are not following him and then beating the sheep to get them in line with his dictates – as Brother Stair did (Luke 12:45-46).  This is the Nicolaitan Doctrine, the thing that Jesus hates (Rev 2:6, 15).
