Sabbath Worship Services at the Overcomer Ministry with Pastor Rice from Grace Community preaching at the Overcomer Tabernacle in Canadys SC.

Since Pastor Rice knows what time it is, the Service started on time at 10 AM ET.  The audio levels were better too as he apparently knows how to use a microphone.  You’d think he was the man that understands time and is the voice.  Just saying.  He says he’s just there by default.  There are several there that would gladly grab that reasoning unto themselves.

Pastor Rice was brought back to establish some sort of control over the confusion on the Farm since Brother Stair’s untimely death.  Already Rice has already taken control of Prayer Time and had the airing shut down and cut short on Friday evening when Bro Jackie was saying things they didn’t want to be aired to the world. 

So it’s more of the same at the Overcomer – doing things in a corner (Acts 26:26).  Where is this light of the world, this city that is set on an hill cannot be hid that the Overcomer is supposed to be? (Matt 5:14)  Oh, that’s right, we were told to get out of the cities, weren’t we?

Pastor Rice is continuing on with Brother Stair’s casting out the Brethren (3 John 1:10).  Saying that “we must lighten the ship” because they are exceedingly tossed.  [Refering likely to Bro Jackie]  What a frightening place to be in now.  Realizing that the inner fighting could cast you out if you don’t go along with what they want to now go along with.  It’s a matter of taking the new Mark of the new Overcomer by bowing down to it or being cast out – as Brother Stair practiced.  Same as it ever was.

How far is this from the End Time push to gather in that Brother Stair said we are at just last week?

“If there were not sin in us we couldn’t be tempted.”  “Jesus in the body of flesh was tempted.”

Now we’re getting to the perversions of Brother Stair that Pastor Rice has chosen to be under and bow down to.  Thus we see these perversions coming out in his preaching also.  Pr Rice is here saying that Jesus had sin in Him.  This, if we need to remind you again, is heresy!

It’s becoming clearer that Pastor Rice shares the same confusing perverting spirit of Brother Stair (or caught it from).  He similarly twists and wrestles the scriptures to fit his current agenda and has no understanding of how those same scriptures apply to condemn what he’s doing in pounding them into another meaning.  This was Brother Stair’s art.  It’s scary but perhaps we’re seeing the rise of the new prophet.

Of all the people now with the Overcomer, Pastor Rice is the only one who has the presence to command them and they will likely obey.  Perhaps he will also adapt Brother Stair’s racism and call the whities by the ‘C’ word.

And The Band Played On

“We are the proof of the prophet’s ministry.  We are.”  “We are the seal of his ministry.”

Indeed!  This is what we’ve been saying.  What we are witnessing is the manifestation of the fruit of Brother Stair (Phil 4:9;  Matt 7:15-20).  The sinking of his Titanic ministry – while the band plays on.  The greatest proof here that Brother Stair was none of the things he made himself out to be (Acts 8:9). 

We are witnessing that Brother Stair did not prepare or preserve his own people – let alone his listeners throughout the world.  Nor did Bro Stair care about anything outside of his own life.  In the style of his epic narcissism, he said that no one would take over after him.  He didn’t want anyone taking up his mantel and people forgetting about him.

The preaching is just the same rhetoric that came out of Brother Stair’s mouth.  Always asking a question – and never giving any answer.  This is worthless!  We don’t need questions we need answers.  Both Brother Stair and Pastor Rice show how in this how they have no answers for God’s people.  They just spin simple and complicated questions into the ether without any practical answers or applications.  Mobo jumbo!

You might as well believe the scripture Ye need not that any man teach you (1John 2:27) because you’re not going to get any teaching from these men that can help or save you.  The ministry of confusion continues on – for the time being (1Cor 14:33).

“Nothing new right?  No.”  “We don’t want’a bring anything new.”

Here we see them fulfilling scripture saying all things continue as they were, as they wonder where is the promise of His coming (2 Peter 3:4-5).  Same as it ever was.

They continue to refuse to follow the scriptures to not accept an accusation against an elder except on the basis of two or three witnesses (1Timothy 5:19).  As they refuse to even allow Brother Chris and the River to attend Brother Stair’s funeral – let alone restore them to fellowship.  The only accusation they have against them is from Brother Stair alone.

Most of them have no idea why Brother Stair cast them out.  It was all (and only) because they stood against his groping the sisters at the River.  This request was vehemently refused by Brother Stair to the point that he excommunicated them and then taught his people that they (the River) needed to come and bow before them publicly and repent.  What wickedness.  A wickedness that his ex-wife Teresa tried to get him to repent of and restore the River just days before his death.  On his death bed, he still refused to repent of his evil against them.  Same as it ever was.
