Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint (Proverbs 25:19).
Let’s all remember the prophet’s words at this pivotal point in the changing of the Overcomer guard, in regards to what he spoke about the truth of his words.
A fool’s mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul. (Prov 18:7)
Today’s Service was possibly chosen for its intense verbal abuse against those who resist and oppose Brother Stair. As this is the parallel today with how Pastor James Rice is dealing with those that he deems opposed to him and his wickedness that he doesn’t want to be exposed even to those on the Farm that are unaware.
The Spirit of the Age
Like the political spirit of the age that we are seeing today in the political parties where there is one that is claiming itself (like the Overcomer Ministry and Pastor Rice are doing) as the party of unity, love, and compassion, but instead, it manifests itself in division, inequality, censorship, the moral standard.
Claiming that it is the one that is upholding the country’s true values while the reality is that it is destroying the very fabric of those qualities and values. Manifesting in a militantly violent executed agenda. It doesn’t necessarily come out in their words unless you’re paying attention. It comes out in their words and their speeches when they’re claiming that the other party is the violent one. Yet you don’t hear that kind of violence coming out of the others.
It’s exactly the same spirit we’re seeing with Pastor James Rice. The violence and the unconditional lack of tolerance and censorship. You’re not to tolerate those who oppose us. This party, as with Rice, claims unity and love ends up being one of division and hatred. We’re seeing this same spirit of the age. It’s the demonic spirit that’s over the face of the earth today. You can easily see it in the Overcomer Ministry.
The first place you see this is in the choice of the message today that they chose to air. Did they have no idea? Brother Stair laughed like a madman and spent most of his time damning and cursing Brother Steve and playing phone games with him. And that’s basically all Brother Stair did in his last months – fomented hate and division. The same thing we are witnessing Pastor Rice continuing in.
Nevertheless they did not turn away from the sins of the house of Jeroboam, with which he made Israel sin, but walked in them; and the Asherah also remained standing in Samaria (2Kings 13:6 NASB95)
If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked (Pr 29:12)
Divide and Conquer
James Rice is trying to conquer. We know this because of how he’s trying to divide the house. He’s seeking to conquer by dividing and pitting God’s people against each other so they can destroy each other (Gal 5:15). The more evil there is in that destruction the more they are going to hear and heed and turn to James Rice because they will turn into being of the same spirit that he is of through their joining in the division. This division is of the evil one (John 10:10).
Let us say this to you, Pastor Rice didn’t use to be this way. So if you’re shocked at hearing this said about Pastor Rice and think that is not the kind of man he is, well it’s not the kind of man he was. But you’re forgetting to open up your eyes and ears to see and hear who this man is today and what has changed and how drastically this has changed since Brother Stair’s death.
Pastor Rice is not going to tell you this because he doesn’t want you to come to this comprehension. But it’s all there to see and hear – to witness (1 John 1:3). It should be clear to hear the division that he has been causing, all along. This isn’t new.]
Censorship
We don’t see it as much as those who are on the Farm but it is visible. For instance, you can see it way back in 2004 when Pastor Rice stood with Brother Stair against God’s people when Stair was caught broadcasting pornography he was watching. And soon after Brother Stair passed and Jackie was praying in Prayer Time, Pastor Rice didn’t like what he was saying so he took over Prayer Time and made them take it off the air. He shut down Prayer Time. He asserted himself and controlled what was going out.
If he was so concerned about what people on the outside were hearing, he ought to be more concerned about what he’s been saying. Because like he said, we’ve all heard about the division there – yeah we have because you’re the one giving it away. Why is that? Why is it Pastor Rice wants people to know he’s dividing the house? But he’s not selling it that way. He’s seeking to get people on his side and against those who he claims are against him. What he doesn’t say is what they are saying. What he doesn’t say is how their issues with him are (most likely) unscriptural.
What is clear is the contrary. That what Pastor Rice is doing is unscriptural. He’s playing out of Brother Stair’s playbook and not allowing anyone to bring a charge against him before the church so that he can be disciplined. That is how the true church operates. Not how the Overcomer operates.
Pastor Rice is the one preaching and therefore causing the division. Justifying it. This message today is just another extension and a message of that division. It shows the prophet dividing and therefore giving James Rice the justification to divide, backing it up that the prophet dealt with them this way.
This is the way of an adulteress: She eats and wipes her mouth and says, ‘I have done nothing wrong.’ (Pr 30:20 BSB)
Under the Influence
Not discerning the body. James Rice is concerned that the OTHERS are telling them to not be influenced by him. Well, what is the reason that they are saying this? That is never disclosed, nor will it be. It sounds like, to those listening and to those wondering what’s going on that he’s talking about, that what is going on here is that there are more than two or three witnesses that have accusations against Pastor Rice (Mt 18:16; 2Cor 13:1). And if this church was operating as the church should be, which the Overdcomer never has been, we would need to heed those accusations (because there are apparently more than two or three) and know what they are saying about Pastor Rice.
The very fact that he is shutting down people for even listening to them is unscriptural. He even used that word that what they were doing is unscriptural. Right out of the spirit of this age’s playbook. Accuse them of what you’re guilty of before they do. What is not scriptural is to not heed the accusations.
This not bringing an accusation against an elder is taught wrong. What is not scriptural is to not heed the accusations. It says to not heed an acquisition against an elder unless it’s from two or three witnesses. If it is from two or three witnesses then the church has a responsibility TO HEED those acquisitions. They need to deal with them.
This was Brother Stair’s downfall because he would not allow the church to discipline him. Thus he fell into unrecoverable corruption (Pr 5:22-23, 6:33, 26:26). This is why Brother Stair kicked people out and James Rice is doing the same thing as much as he can in shutting them down and silencing them.
In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established (2Cor 13:1)
Church Discipline
While most of us know the last verse in Matthew 18:15-20 (For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them) most do not know or understand that it is dealing with church discipline rather than the ever so misused carte blanche use for everything we want to justify and for Jesus being in the midst of two or three.
This I am in the midst of them shows us the Old Testament reference that Jesus is making here. This is how God dealt with disciplining the Church in the Wilderness. This is a parallel. This is not some blanket for Jesus being in our midst and making whatever we say come to pass. God is in our midst to pass and execute judgment upon the disobedient that neglects to hear the church. Thus the church shall bind on earth and it shall be done for them (Mt 18:18-19).
Paul gives us a second witness to this when he tells the Corinthians how to deal with sexual immorality in the church. For I, on my part, though absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged him who has so committed this, as though I were present [in the midst]. When you are assembled [where two or three are gathered together], and I with you in spirit [I in the midst of them], with the power of our Lord Jesus, I have decided to deliver such a one to Satan [shall be bound in heaven] for the destruction of his flesh [shall bind on earth] (1Cor 5:3-5 NASB95 [Mt 18:20]). This is why Brother Stair continued and prospered – he was never bound by the church. He knew this and this is why he stopped anyone from judging him and cast out those that would (3Jn 1:10).
An Heathen Man
Matthew 18:17 is why Brother Stair would get upset with those who stop talking to him, just like we see with Pastor Rice today. Treating him as a pagan is scriptural – not because Rice stood up and told the congregation to do that to the other group that he doesn’t like. But it’s scriptural to treat James Rice like a pagan because of his refusal to hear the other group. Thus by getting his congregation to follow suit in his rebellion he has now classified them as pagans because of their refusal to hear the accusations that the church is told to deal with. How much clearer does that need to be in this specific situation?
Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
(Matthew 18:15-18)
This binding of whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven is the church discipline of binding that wicked man and casting him out – rather than letting him cast everyone else out (3John 1:10). This is what happens when the church doesn’t discipline its leaders. This is why we still witness the spirit of wickedness, discontent, and division that they are fomenting.
Kick that Wicked Man Out
Brother Stair kicked them out because he knew scripturally that the church had the right and the responsibility to deal with him if it went beyond the point of two of three that he didn’t heed. The brothers that would come to him in this way – he kicked them out. Brothers Charles, Stan, Jonathan, Samuel, Paul, Enoch, Chris,… and many others. Brother Stair wouldn’t let them get to the point of taking two or three others with them (Matt 18:15-20). There is only one time that we know of that it got that far and Brother Stair managed to get all those brothers off the Farm. He wouldn’t allow it to be taken to the whole church. He shut down the functioning of the body of Christ.
This was rare to get two or three because getting that far was hard to do – not because there weren’t many of us that had trespass issues. But because nobody wanted to stand up to Brother Stair, they were afraid. That’s why he kept them in fear so they would be terrified of ganging up and approaching him. Thus he sowed division (like James Rice is doing) and kept us divided and thus he conquered.
This is the real reason that he rules with fear. He wants people afraid to challenge him or deal with his sins – and that’s not scriptural. The church was supposed to deal with his sins, and he never allowed that. That was never his intent for having a Community. Scripture says that you go to him privately – which many did, and were cast out or brought under submission by more beatings and fear of losing their salvation. He cannot have them take the next step. Which we have only known to happen once in the last 25 years. Still, he neglected to hear them (Mt 18:17; 2Cor 13:1).
Excommunication
A great example of this neglect and casting them out (3Jn 1:10) is seen in the ex-communication of the River Community. Where Brother Stair was approached and asked to stop groping the sisters at the River. His response was to ask his good friend Brother Chris, What do you think I should do about that? Brother Chris’ response was his standard one of, You’ll do what’s right. To which Brother Stair said, Well I’m not going to do that. He then proceeded to vilify them and demand repentance out of them and excommunicated them until they were willing to publically come and bow down before the congregation and repent. Looks like someone perverted what repentance is (Pr 30:20)
So the truth about the River situation didn’t get out to the Radio audience or the Farm. Brother Stair took this perversion of justice to the grave without repenting of it. His unwillingness of restoring the River was so strong it went past his death, and his old friend Brother Chris was not even allowed to attend his funeral. I’ll bet he’d let his old friend dip his finger in some water for him now though (Luke 16:24; Heb 12:17).
Just One Man?
Just as two or three witnesses are needed for discipline in the church, God makes the point that one witness, or one man, shall not rise up against a man – or a congregation. Whereas Brother Stair loved to pass judgment upon everyone for their iniquity and sin – God says his judgment was not right. It does not establish the matter.
One witness [Brother Stair] shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established (Deut 19:15).
The Present Truth
Now, James Rice has taken Brother Stair’s concubine Rose for his wife. We’d guess that at least 99% of you don’t know about this aside from how we’ve skimmed over and hinted about it. Or if you’ve heard what Brother Stan has said about it on the Truth Blaster. Because Brother Stan is more brutally open and blatant about this topic than we are. We are more careful in what we say and how we say it because of who our intended audience is. But if you can stomach it then please listen to what Brother Stan has to say because he doesn’t hold back, you’d better be ready to face it head-on. Buckle up!
Today’s Sermonization takes a turn to focus on the demonization of Brother Steve for the public spectacle of it. This is perhaps the reason that it was selected. Pastor Rice may have not been the one that picked it but it’s showing his influence on the brothers that did pick it and the danger of that influence because its spirit is incorporating into those that follow it. Or it’s the hand of God trying to reach out and speak to people and showing us the spirit on the Farm as we are disclosing to you here.
The Past Truth
You’d be shocked to know how many cell phones and phone plans that his supporters have paid for – unknowingly. The pornography and the sexting that they were used for between Brother Stair and the sisters for his secret meetings behind his wife’s back. Then there’s the digital camera that Brother Stair would load with dick pics before he handed it off to the young sisters.
We’re about ready to present to you evidence of one of these episodes that his wife exposed. The problem is that the people that need to hear it aren’t coming here to hear it. We all know there is corruption going on. Unfortunately, most of our audience is of those who know the wickedness of the corruption of Brother Stair (now manifesting in Pastor Rice). It’s those on the Farm that need to hear these words but they are put in fear of coming here for information and they are told that we are telling lies. If anything we say is not true, testify as to what it is and how, and we will remedy it.

From Such Withdraw Thyself
Why tell these things? Why not just turn a blind eye to them and go on and take the good from the bad? As the Overcomers want everyone to do. Because the church has a command to purge out the wickedness. Have you forgotten what Jesus said in Revelation? He would remove the leader and the whole church if needed if the wickedness wasn’t removed (Rev 2–3).
For those of you brave enough to make it thus far, we leave you with some scriptures to ponder.
But the high places were not taken away: the people still sacrificed and burnt incense in the high places. (2Kings 12:3) Herein is the current state of the Overcomer Ministry.
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another. (Gal 5:14-15)
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. (2Tim 3:5-7)

Read Your Bible!
In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Pr 3:6 NIV78/RSV). What does that tell us about Brother Stair and Pastor Rice? Where you have crooked paths you have people who do not acknowledge God in all their ways – no matter how they speak to the contrary. They are liars. God’s word is true. God’s word will reveal to you the way these men walk. Read your Bible and depart from these worthless idols (Jonah 2:8 NIV84). Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace (Pr 3:17). Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not Thy law (Ps 119:134).
