Pentecost Sunday is June 5th, 2022

Though you wouldn’t know it listening to the Overcome Ministry.  Nor would you know if they were having any celebration of this New Testament event, that in years past they have always set aside as a time for a Gathering.  The only announcement they put out was a footnote at the end of the Sabbath Services.

Marriage Celebration

Perhaps the celebration of the marriage has them sidetracked?  Not the preparation for the marriage of the Lamb.  But that of Pastor James Rice to Brother Stair’s concubine (and his Brother Dennis’ wife) Rose Larivee (Leviticus 20:21;  Mark 6:18).  Has this rumored union overshadowed Pentecost?

Not that we’ve put any credibility to these rumors that we have heard from multiple sources for some time.  This is why we have ignored making any statements about it.  But since they seem to be magnifying it on the Farm, or at least they make the effort to push the narrative.  To fish for who will take the bait perhaps?

What are they seeking to do by spreading these rumors?  What unity do they think they are establishing by circulating this about Rice and Rose?  True or not, this speaks fathoms about the spirit on the Farm that would propagate such things.  To what end do they think this will prosper?  Perhaps they see nothing wrong with this – neither in it happening nor in disseminating it.  So either way, there’s a problem here.

So we’ll look at both sides of this narrative and why either is wrong.

Fornication Feast

If this is so then divorce is on the plate again.  More accurately, adultery is in order.  …again (Matthew 5:32).

James Rice has a wife.  One that the prophet said was going to come back to him within a year, once he established Grace Community.  This prophecy failed.  If this rumor is true then Rice and Rose are planning on living in adultery.  Alhough that is standard fare for Brother Stair’s Sex Farm.

What is more, if this rumor is true about James Rice marrying Rose Larivee – not that marriage has any merit on the Farm – then Pastor Rice is making the statement that the Prophet’s words have failed.  He is no longer waiting for their fulfillment or having his wife restored to him.  [Is he even divorced from her?  Is Rose divorced from Dennis?]

James Rice should have listened to his wife when she wanted nothing to do with Brother Stair.  Her discernment is one reason why God gave her to him.  Oh well, just another covenant to cast aside for the covenant-breaking prophet.  And now look at the rewards (in the flesh) that it has reaped – heading up the Overcomer, and a rumored new wife.  Was Brother Stan right with all his statements and messages (see below) about the witchcraft of Rose Larivee?

Tongues of Fire

Pentecost is the celebration of the Upper Room gathering where the disciples were baptized with tongues of fire, filled with the Holy Ghost, and started speaking in tongues (Acts 2:1-13).  The tongue has always been a hallmark of Brother Stair’s Overcomer.  He magnified Why I Speak In Tongues.  He shut up other tongues aside from his own.  He was long-tongued in his preaching and has been long-tongued on worldwide radio.

It has been this same tongue that has gotten Brother Stair in trouble countless times.  His sodomite sex with the sisters via his tongue is well known on the Farm, especially in his later years.  Brother Stair Turning The Grace of God Into Unbridled Sodomite Lusts.  And when a sister (whom he said was too fat in the Dining Hall) told everyone that you didn’t think I was too fat when you had your head between my legs, then everyone was without excuse in knowing what Brother Stair’s tongue of fire was up to.

This is where you insert the question of whether James Rice will have the same tongue of fire for the sister’s nether regions that Brother Stair did – especially Mrs. Rose (Bro Stair’s favorite concubine).  We have seen that James Rice has acquired the tongue of Brother Stair in his preaching himself some great one that everyone should be listening to – even though he is saying nothing (Acts 8:9-10).  It seems the demonic transference is almost complete.

Lust For Kicks

There are so many things wrong with this Rice/Rose narrative.  Why would this even be in play?  [In fact or in lie]  Don’t they believe Jesus is coming?  Do they not see how overcome they are with the spirit of the Farm?  Do they have no clue what this speaks to the body of Christ?  Or do they just not even care?

For what reason would James Rice and Rose Larivee marry?  Sex?  Power?  Did Rice lose the young girl that he kept close by his side in previous years?  Looks like that iniquity that Bro Stair preached about.  Sex has always been the impetus of Brother Stair’s Sex Farm, and so it goes.  What message are they giving to the end-time church by continuing in his sexual perversions, covenant-breaking, and spreading lies?

Even if this rumor isn’t true (and we doubt it is), the fact that they are even propagating it shows us the depravity and confusion that they are seeking to spread throughout the body of Christ.  It’s like the lie they tell every hour when they say “…where the coming of Jesus Christ is preached”.  What the Overcome Ministry preaches is sexual perversion and division.  Either side of this – true or false – is in line with that.  Jesus Christ has no part in that (Acts 8:21).

Do you not know that the unrighteous and the wrongdoers will not inherit or have any share in the Kingdom of God?  Do not be deceived (misled): neither the impure and immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who participate in homosexuality,  Nor cheats (swindlers and thieves), nor greedy graspers, nor drunkards, nor foulmouthed revilers and slanderers, nor extortioners {merchandisers} and robbers will inherit or have any share in the Kingdom of God.

Divide and Conquer

Still, Pastor Rice wonders why so many on the Farm have disassociated from him and his Services.  Is he as blind as the prophet whom he followed (Matt 15:14)?  How would he expect everyone to come along with his new formation of the Fornication Farm?  Just like Brother Stair did I guess.

As we have been hearing in recent Services, James Rice is demanding all worship and obey him by being at the Tabernacle and eating with him in the Dining Hall.  He is slinging scripture all around in an effort to separate those on his side and fomenting them against those on any side of holiness.  This is covered in small detail in the last service – Sabbath Service – May 28, 2022.

With all this kingship being invoked it’s no wonder that Jezebel wants the new Ahab to play with.  Expect more dividing of the Overcomer Kingdom as God razes it to the ground at the hands of Pastor James Rice, and Dennis and Rose Larivee (Prov 16:12).

These are wells without water… servants of corruption.  They allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness.

It’s a nice day to start again

After all, isn’t that what Pentecost is about?  It’s the pattern of Brother Stair – when you fail or get caught, Reboot with fresh meat.

The Song Remains Insane

We have here a new man of sin at the Overcomer.  Someone for the willingly ignorant to follow (2Pt 3:5).  A new leader for the helplessly lost sheep to follow (Mt 15:14).  In their belief that they are doing God’s will and following God’s man because they want to follow God’s voice – so they follow God by proxy – or so they think (Acts 8:9-10).

As James Rice pastors the flock to the slaughter, he is after his piece of the pie – his Judas reward (Acts 1:18).  This slaughter is seen in his flaying of the flock in Brother Stair fashion – self-exaltation, causing division, demanding all to follow him or leave, and, if the rumors are true [and they were], in his misleading of the flock (to the slaughter) through the perversion of the gospel through his immoral union with Rose (Lev 20:21;  Mk 6:18;  Mt 5:32, 19:9).

But more than that, and stealthily done, is his misleading them away from holding to Brother Stair’s words.  Thus bringing them into a deeper delusion by still holding the prophet in honor and thus remaining on the Farm in devotion to his purpose – supposedly of Jesus’ soon coming.  All the while knowing that his words have failed.  Absolutely!

Pastor Rice has turned from believing in Brother Stair’s words to take place, to spiritualizing his words so that they don’t have to confront the reality that they have followed a false prophet and thus they can turn from Stair – to Rice.  This is a greater deception than the first one.  By this time they ought to have woke up to the reality of the false prophet but James Rice (the false prophet to the false prophet [beast]) has kept them going right on in the ditch following the blind (now dead) false prophet (Mt 15:14;  Lk 6:39;  Pr 23:27).

What happened to the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ (2Cor 11:3-4  NASB95)?  In the last days before Brother Stair died he openly stated. “There for a while, it was so narrow we couldn’t hardly get in but He opened the gate wide to let in.”  They entered the Broad and Crooked Road to Destruction – that’s what happened – he declared it himself.   He declared that he was on the wide road to destruction and couldn’t get in the narrow way to life – thus he again changed God’s word and God’s ways so that he could get in – so he thinks.  Meanwhile, Jesus told us to Enter through the narrow gate.  For wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction… But small is the gate and narrow the way that leads to life (Matt 7:13-14  BSB/NASB).

Brother Stair’s declaration and the scriptures leave you with no question on what way Brother Stair and his Overcomers are on.  Are you following them in their wide way that leads to destruction?
