Thank you for coming.  Lately, we haven’t had a Daily Word as often as we had in the past.  This is due to many things.  We are fighting many other battles in these times.  As we know all of you are too.

We appreciate you all coming here to read and listen to our content.  While we don’t get much response or reassurance that what we are doing is reaching those in need of this information, we press on.

As I sit here this early morning reading Jeremiah I cannot help but put my nation into this picture that awaits destruction.  I highly recommend everyone read Jeremiah anew in this crucial time.  There is a message there that true believers need to heed.

The False Angels

I cannot but help to think of all the ruined lives and destruction to the body of Christ that ministries and ministers like Brother Stair and his Overcomer Ministry have done – and continue to do.  It is sad to witness all the carnage that we have on the inside and the outside of this infamous ministry of a man that perverted his ways under the guise and disguise of a man of God.

We witnessed an angel of light that we were warned of but somehow did not believe would come to us (2Cor 11:14).  [Think of the irony of that in light of Brother Stair’s harping on unbelief.  It was not unbelief in his claims but our unbelief to test them that caused our fall.]  This was one of the reasons we disregarded that a perceived angel messenger could be possibly evil and thus we did not even test them – as we were told to do.  Many were deceived and that deception has cost countless years and heartache that can never be restored.

How any man could think that it was God’s will for him to do such deceivableness or unrighteousness, to even one person, is pure evil.  These were the efforts of a man that was bent on doing his own will and getting what he wanted out of life – at the expense of anyone and everyone that he could.  His flesh and pride had no bounds as he was Hell bent to magnify himself above God‘s people (2Thes 2:4;  Dan 11:36).  How and why we sat under that and willingly took it is the stuff books on psychology, cults, and nightmares are made of.

The False Doctrine

As true Christians, we subjected ourselves to this abuse because we thought (and were taught by Brother Stair) that it was our duty AS Christians.  This was shipped to us in packages that were wrapped in scriptures to make them palatable to us but inside were the perversions of men, doctrines of devils, and every foul and unclean thing (1Tim 6:5, 4:1;  Rev 18:2).  We only allowed this because of the authority we believed that was had by the one who was dishing it out.  This authority and its false backing are what we now work to expose to you, from MicroCults and RGStair.com, so that you too can see through its disguise (Eph 5:11; Prov 31:8-9).

Brother Stair, as other cult leaders do, all have a primary foundation of making themselves into some great one.  It’s a play right out of Acts 8:9 where we see Simon the Sorcer doing this.  You have to make yourself out to be some great one so that you are over the people and they are under you.  This is the Doctrine of the Nicolaitanswhich Jesus hates (Rev 2:15).

The False God

Taking this to the next level, we have those who exalt their greatness eventually above God.  They do not do away with God, for they are using Him to make themselves higher.  They actually proclaim God, they use Him as the soapbox on which they lift themselves higher.  This is what I call the Doctrine of Lucifer.  This is the play of cult leaders.  I will ascend (Isaiah 14:13-14).  Where we have this – we have a cult.  It doesn’t matter how much it’s wrapped in Bible verses or justified by signs and wonders that God supposedly performed to seal it (2Thes 2:9;  Rev 13:13).  It’s not of God (Jer 14:14, 23:21).

The False Witness

The trick that Brother Stair masterfully executes to establish his calling is to convince you that God Himself gives you a witness that seals him as God’s man.  Thus you can never leave him, question him, or go against him because that would be going against God.  Thus he gets off scot-free and the blame is all on you and the god that (supposedly) told you thus.  This is what I call the Witness Doctrine.  It is Brother Stair’s primary holder of his followers.  Some are even held by this long after they have left him.  It is a false doctrine.  Contrary to any witness of scripture.

God does not give this witness to anyone.  If you think you’ve gotten such witness on Brother Stair from God then you need to repent before God because you have been deceived by another spirit (2Cor 11:4).  God didn’t tell you that.  God wouldn’t tell you that.  God has told you how you get a witness on Brother Stair.  No amount of Brother Stair’s telling you otherwise is going to make God change His word and tell you via some secret witness, being exactly what Brother Stair says God will say (Rev 2:24).  Hearing exactly what Brother Stair said God would say should have been the second clue that you didn’t hear from God.

The False Fruit

The first clue should have been that God clearly told us how we know a man – how we get a witness on him – by his fruits (Matt 7:15-20).  When Jesus said this He was primarily talking about prophets – so Brother Stair can’t skate out on this one.  Jesus told us that we are to know prophets by their fruit (Mt 7:15-16).  Not by any other means.  Why?  Because we are also told, and warned, that men are going to come telling us that they are God’s anointed, and they are going to tell stories of their great signs and wonders that “God did through them” – so as to deceive us (Matt 24:24;  Acts 8:9).  Don’t believe them! (Jer 12:6)

Yet many believed Brother Stair’s great stories of God’s wonders wrought through his ministry.  All of which were not quantified by his fruit.  But we were led to believe this was so.  How?  This was due to another trick that he employed – believers.

It was his use of gathering unto himself true Christians and teachers (2Tim 4:3) that fooled us into believing that he must be telling the truth.  This must be his fruit, we reasoned.  But his fruit was yet to be revealed – and magnified.  This magnification primarily came in 2001 when he was exposed as having been continually in full-blown sexual sin.

The False Holiness

While this isn’t a shock today to his followers, it was back in 2001.  Why?  Because Brother Stair taught that he was without sin (1Jn 1:8-10). This made his holiness message more believable and attainable.  But what it really did for Brother Stair went beyond how it deceived us into thinking he was holy and without sin – it caused us to look the other way.  It caused us to look the other way when we clearly saw red flags in what we witnessed Brother Stair doing that allowed him to get away with his sexual perversions without being caught.

Final Thoughts

While there is much we’d like to expand on doing here at RGStair.com and with MicroCults, we are limited in our time and resources.  It is sad for me to see that while the likes of Brother Stair can garner millions of dollars out of God’s people to further his perversions as he preaches himself.  The greater measure of God’s people that have escaped his grasp does not seem to care to join in and help the efforts of those who help set the captives free (Lk 4:18).  I don’t understand that.  I’m not just talking about us here but the many others that have toiled and spent their time and money to expose the errors of Brother Stair so that others would see the light and be set free.

I understand that most people do not know how to go about doing what we’ve done, technically and journalistically – and more so in research and apologetics.  As I also waited many years for those I know that were far more able and capable to do so, but never rose to the occasion.  I had to realize that God had long led me down this path and prepared me with my background in the media, Christian apologetics, cult research, and as an investigative journalist and writer.

Still, I don’t understand why Christians don’t thankfully help those that do what they cannot [I don’t mean that strictly financially, but things like your comments and spreading the word].  But it’s not our part to speculate or exasperate.  We press on trying to do what we can – because we must.  We try to do our duty to stand in the gap (Eze 22:30).  We hope you will do likewise.  Please pray that God will bless our efforts in shining His light into these dark corners.

Who will rise up for me against the evildoers?
Who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?
(Psalm 94:16  AMPC)

  1. I could not have said it better than you did and i completely agree. As you may know i had many confrontations with Ralph Stair having visited there 3 times and Oklahoma once. When I confronted him with TRUTH whether by phone call or in person his responses were consistantly cowardly and full of lies. Again thank you for exposing the TRUTH at high cost and of no reward in this world. Maranatha!

  2. Bless you Brother Link. We have witnessed your name cursed and vilified in the Services. Thank you.

Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. (Matt 5:11-12)

  3. If for any reason you decided to stop writing any more articles, rest assured you left enough proof on here for anyone who is looking for the truth. It’s been almost a year since Stair died so I would think it’s painfully obvious to even the most devout Stairites they were deceived. Brother Stan has also contributed many messages on his channel so the truth is out there if anyone is seeking. God bless you and keep you!
