Pastor Rice getting in more time this week (41 minutes), thanks to the many songs and many Hallelujah’s.  He again throws shade on those who don’t join them in their reindeer games.  Making note that there are some who aren’t there again.  It a sign to us that people living there are more aware of the delusion of blindly swallowing up what their fallen leader expected of them than the listeners that we are hearing on the phone messages who are deer in the headlights mesmerized by all this and believing that the end is here.  The vultures will soon gather to feast on this dead body.

Then if anyone says to you, ‘Behold, here is the Christ,’ or ‘There He is,’ do not believe him.  For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect.  Behold, I have told you in advance.  So if they say to you, ‘Behold, He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out, or, ‘Behold, He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe them.  For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes even to the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be.  Wherever the corpse is, there the vultures will gather.
(Matthew 24:23-28  NASB95)

Today he’s talking about sicknesses and healing.  Showing that many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep (1Cor 11:30).  Indeed since Brother Stair’s casting out the River and Sister Andrea in 2017, the Overcomer Graveyard has increased massively. Then there’s the FBI raid after that that also showed God’s judgment on Brother Stair’s lack of repentance that he was given ample space for (Revelation 2:21-23).

What the Pastor fails to address is the reason for this: They are not discerning the Lord’s body, and they are not judging themselves (1Cor 11:29-31).  There’s your scripture and verse that you asked for Pastor.  Brother Stair taught the only judgment was a judgment FOR him and not ON him.  While God’s word is clear that we are to judge (test) the spirit of prophets.  Those who made a righteous judgment fled as God commanded (John 7:24;  1Corinthians 6:18;  2Timothy 2:22).

  1. Why hasn’t Pastor Rice addressed the article published in The Press and Standard in Walterboro, S.C. on July 8’th, 2021 regarding the sister (Gail Sharp age 66) who abruptly packed a bag and left? Apparently a fellow resident became concerned and reported her missing to the authorities who were actively searching for her when she showed back up at the community after about a week of NC. No mention was made of a search being conducted for this sister by those in charge at the Overcomer Ministry. I wonder if this sister and the fellow resident who involved the police will be removed within a few months as is their custom. You know, let the brother or sister believe they are reconciled and forgiven while secretly contriving to boot them out the door unbeknown to them until the last minute. Yes, how well I know that tactic firsthand.

    1. I’d say Pastor Rice doesn’t address events surrounding the Overcomer because he’s operating in the same spirit that Brother Stair did. He ignores addressing anything that would put them in a questionable light. While he doesn’t mind throwing shade on those that don’t participate in their reindeer games, of joining with them in their delusion of blindly swallowing up what their fallen leader expected of them.
The Overcomer Ministry has always been one of hiding what is really going on there. You have to look deeper at what’s going on and what’s being said and ask God for understanding to perceive and discern what is really going on there.
Those of us that have lived there know it’s not the love and flowers that their false billboards present it to be.
