Step aside Brother Brown, Pastor Rice is in town
The latest announcement from the departed Brother Stair’s Overcomer Ministry comes to us from the voice of Pastor Rice formally of Grace Community in Henryetta Oklahoma. Grace Community is finalizing the move to the Overcomer Farm this month to add confusion to the confusion.
But the LORD your God will deliver them before you,
and will throw them into great confusion until they are destroyed

Attempting to continue the convincing that this is the place where the coming of Jesus Christ is preached. Pastor Rice is the new voice of the announcements at the Overcomer Ministry. He’s asking you to call in your prayer requests (though the prophet isn’t going to pray for you) and to send your offerings – because apparently the paid-up air time passed when Jesus returns in September and the millions of dollars they now have isn’t enough.
Perhaps it’s not, since Brother Stair said that he would be on all 12 of Radio Julich transmitters (his 12 apostles) for his End Time Push. Since Radio Jülich is defunct it’s going to take many millions to rebuild it. You would think a true prophet would have known about Radio Julich. Perhaps as a concession, they are going for Rick Bell’s prophecied $10 million that was to come in by the end of July… 2000 was it? Further, in that same timeframe, Rick said that if what he said didn’t happen that he was a false prophet and we weren’t to listen to him any longer. So why then does the Overcomer Ministry deceive you with airing Rick Bell’s false messages so much today?
While Brother Stair may have deceived you by saying he didn’t have the love for money, his fruit that lingers is showing us that the love of money is unrestrained without a lying tongue to ‘prove’ to us otherwise.
At least Brother Stair would blow the money on air time and pornography (and local prostitutes before he was chained to the Farm under house arrest), the current regime is just sitting on their nest-egg apparently waiting till Jesus doesn’t come in September so they can consume it on their lusts (Jam 4:3). So send in your hard-earned offerings so they can build bigger barns (Lk 12:16-21).

Where the coming of Jesus Christ is preached
Reminds us of when Brother Stair would air a cut he made around 2004 that had Alexander Scourby saying “This is the place of him that knoweth not God“ followed by “This is the Overcomer Ministry”. This would repeat in a loop several times. It was a real sign and warning to anyone who had ears to hear.
This verse is from Job 18:21 which fully says “Surely such are the dwellings of the wicked, and this is the place of him that knoweth not God.” Brother Stair did not make this cut for the world or for the false church, he was identifying this place – then clearly telling us what place he was talking about – the Overcomer Ministry. It’s also telling us that it is him that knoweth not God, not them. We all know that the him of the Overcomer Ministry is Brother Stair – him that knoweth not God.
In light of Brother Stair’s death, we should look at the previous verse: Those in the west are appalled at his fate, And those in the east are seized with horror (Job 18:20 NASB, BSB), They that come after him shall be astonied at his day… affrighted (KJV). And why are they appalled, in horror, and affrighted? The reality of the failure of Brother Stair’s words has caused them to realize (be astonied) that “Surely such is the dwelling of the wicked and the place of ONE who does not know God.” (Job 18:21 BSB) because of his fate of his day that came unaware.
A wise man‘s heart discerneth both time and judgment (Ecc 8:5). What does that tell us about the heart of a man who did not discern the times (Jesus returning in 1988, before 2000, 2018…, Ronald Reagan’s death in 1987,…) or his own time (death without the fulfillment of his massive proclamations) (Pr 10:28)). Nor did he discern any judgment upon his own sins of living with another man’s wife, as Herod having his brother (Dennis’) wife Rose (Mk 6:17-18).
Brother Stair thought and taught it lawful to have his brother’s wife (Mk 6:18). Many times in his last year he justified from the pulpit his having Rose as his concubine, stating that she was his Bathsheba that was God’s intent for David. In Sabbath Service – March 20, 2021, he said David was supposed to take Bathsheba so that he could impregnate her with his promised seed. Also in Sabbath Service – March 20, 2021, we refer to His Bathsheba using the illustration of David & Bathsheba to actually justify it (Pr 10:32).
David’s Seed
Astonished? You should be! But remember, this is where the coming of Jesus Christ is preached… Right??? As if this Seeding Bathsheba to seed Rose perversion was not enough, he perverts the word of God into his own desire and puts words into God’s mouth that God’s word doesn’t say. Nathan the prophet did not say or infer that ‘you could have any woman’. He said I would have added to you many more things like these (2Sam 12:8 NASB77)! Big difference. Stair’s frustration with his house not receiving this perversion should speak loudly enough for us – apparently not loud enough for him though.
Unlike Brother Stair’s perversion of 2Samuel 12 to make David’s sin that of killing Uriah alone. God’s judgment on David mentions nothing of killing Uriah, only his taking of Bathsheba.
Now then, the sword shall never leave your house, because you have despised Me and have taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your wife. This is what the Lord says: ‘Behold, I am going to raise up evil against you from your own household; I will even take your wives before your eyes and give them to your companion, and he will sleep with your wives in broad daylight. Indeed, you did it secretly, but I will do this thing before all Israel, and in open daylight.’” (2Samuel 12:10-12)
In this judgment upon David for taking Bathsheba to be his wife, do we fail to see its parallel in the Overcomer Ministry today? Brother Stair had secretly taken Rose the wife of Dennis the Stairite to be his spiritual wife, and we see his justification in this audio clip. And now Pastor Rice, from his own household, his companion, taken her to wife in open daylight. Do you see the parallels here?
More Learning
How, Pastor Rice, are we going to learn more, or learn anything, by visiting the Overcomer website that has never been kept up to date? This lack of informing the body of Christ is a sign of this ministry that is supposed to be THE ministry on the face of the earth that is to inform the church about the time. It has never had a clue about the time of the end nor even of the current time. Brother Stair did not even foresee his own demise.
The Overcomer website shows the confusion that emanated from the Prophet into all the world. The front page is filled with errors, lies, and misrepresentations of scriptures. Brother Stair was a sign that showed the true church how easy it is to deceive people with fine-sounding preaching and shouted bible verses. The more scathing and blasting you are the more they will be convinced you must be right.
The gullibility of the Church is just like the Jews Hitler wrote of in Mein Kampf, that they have the “unqualified capacity for falsehood” and “that in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; … and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie… It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously. Even though the facts which prove this to be so may be brought clearly to their minds, they will still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation.”

Just like Hitler, Brother Stair’s “primary rules were:
- never allow the public to cool off;
- never admit a fault or wrong;
- never concede that there may be some good in your enemy;
- never leave room for alternatives;
- never accept blame;
- concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong;
- people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one;
- if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it.”

This explains to us the success of and the measures used by Brother Stair. Wow! What a preacher!!!

Pastor Rice should play this segment of Stair admitting to taking another man’s wife in the Overcomer Community right out in the open and living with her as if it was a valid marriage relationship, along with all the false prophecies in a continuous loop so we can all have a factual witness for what this “ministry ” stands for. Then they can follow this with asking for donations from those off the land by those they deem not worthy enough to be chosen to be saved. But hey, continue to send your hard earned income for THEM to live debt free. They don’t really trust in God to provide for them as an example of an independent and self sustaining Community, and that’s why they have their hand out asking listeners to foot the bill. Then they can step back and tell us what we’re all doing wrong. That’s the definition of a hypocrite, but that’s their definition of “faith.”
