Today Brother Stair establishes himself as infallible. Making himself the Protestant Pope.
He spoke of his falling (physically) and inability to get up even with the help of his chambermaid Rose. This is so paralleled with his falling (spiritually) and his inability (refusal) to get up even with the help of others – like Brother Chris. Then Brother Stair went into a discourse on romance to encourage more sisters into his romancing them.
This falling is reminiscent of Dagon the idol that fell down and twice they had to set him in his place again (1Sam 5:2-7). Showing that this idol of the “Overcomers” also cannot speak anything useful nor can [he] do any good (Jer 10:5). They have mouths, but they do not speak [the truth]; Eyes they have, but they do not see [blind guides – Mt 15:14, 23:24]; They have ears, but they hear not [2Tim 4:4; Mt 13:15]: noses have they, but they smell not [they stink but they don’t know it]: They that make them [back them up] are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them (Psalm 115:5-6, 8). Beware of who you follow. Your punishment will be along with them for their sins.
And there shall be, like people, like priest: and I will punish them for their ways,
and reward them their doings (Hosea 4:9)
And as for the prophet, and the people, that shall say, The burden of the Lord,
I will even punish that man and his house (Jer 23:34).
“What can take just a man, friendship, and make it worth something? Romance. What does that mean? I know, we don’t know that kind of love, do we? Don’t you know we can have romance with each other?“
Just a man? Brother Stair teaches that he’s more than a man. Why he even teaches that he’s greater than Jesus Christ today. Friendship? Back around 1997, Brother Stair taught that we’re not to have a friendship fellowship, that our fellowship is with the Father and His Son (1Jn 1:3). He taught that this friendship thing is of the world. He also taught that we (and he) weren’t to hug or touch the sisters.
Looks like all that’s gone out the window along with his holiness teachings. Which has been taken over by this love nonsense that he’s teaching so as to get in the sister’s paints – sorry, dresses. This is not any love of God here, this is purely a fleshly sexual love that is going on here. Now being perpetrated under the guise of romance.
Be assured that if another brother starts doing this romancing and friendship with the sisters that he will get called out and rebuked vehemently for it – as has always happened in the past. Give it some time and you’ll hear him do this again. It’s going to backfire on Brother Stair – again.
Another note on this new love that Brother Stair is perpetrating on his people and getting his listeners to buy into. You see them putting this in comments on YouTube justifying that the Overcomer is about spreading love. His love is not the love of God nor the love in the scriptures, for love overlooks insults [TLB], love covers all offenses [NASB] (Prov 10:12) – the opposite of what we witness Bro Stair doing.
While Brother Stair’s love is the eros type of love. This eros is the sensual passionate sexual erotic love – lust at its best. Though that shouldn’t be an issue since he teaches the Jesus lusted. If you knew what he secretly teaches about Jesus and the women that ‘ministered’ to Him it would curl your toenails. But it’s not hard for you to guess because of the Prophet’s behavior.
The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable,
But the mouth of the wicked, what is perverted
(Prov 10:32 NASB)
Then he goes into checking if they are buying him as Elijah. When that doesn’t work…
“Damn this house! Damn em!”
This man who claims to be Ezekiel is not the same Ezekiel found in the Bible who would fall down and cry out to God to not slay the people (Eze 9:8, 11:13). No, this is the character of Satan Overcoming the saints (Rev 13:7). What think ye?
Neither does this appear to be a man who has been given a new heart and spirit from God or has had his old heart of stone removed (Eze 11:19-20). Perhaps this is why he cannot obey God’s laws (Eze 11:20) and rather curses God’s people via that sinful evil stony heart of unbelief wherewith he departs from the living God (Heb 3:12). Keep Your Eyes on Armstrong
Brother Stair talks about Herbert W. Armstrong (the World Wide Church of God), from whom he took several false doctrines. Void of understanding that Armstrong taught false doctrine as he says Armstrong was correct on a lot of things (Pr 7:7, 11:12, 10:13).
It was from Herbert W. Armstrong that Brother Stair stole his statement Keep your eyes on Jerusalem. This was in an article from October 1976 in The Plain Truth Magazine, which Brother Stair read as a follower of Armstrong. Then he adds Rex Humbard as he praises them both for their timeliness.
He brags that a lot of radio stations put me back on because of the Catholic Church. He’s just evidencing more and more that he is likely a Jesuit. If not, he does what they do, so it really doesn’t matter if it’s official or not. Doing the works of the same father (John 8:44-45). This might explain why Catholic priests like him and often write him.
“Does your fleshly life confess that Christ is in you of a truth?”
Wow! This is where the truth hits home. This is what shows us that Christ is not in Brother Stair – of a truth (Matt 7:20). It’s really that simple. Either you believe what God’s words says, or you believe what some man has manipulated you to believe about them aside from the word of God and aside from the fruit you witness in them (Matt 7:15-20). You can’t have it both ways. It’s either man of God. You can’t serve two masters (Matt 6:24).
You might wonder why Brother Stair would address this when his fleshly life confesses that he is a servant of Satan? Brother Stair does this as a sleight-of-hand to mask that he is living a filthy life. Perhaps he forgets that it’s 2021 and everyone knows that his declaration as “I’m a wicked man” came out in 2001.
See, this was his trick until 2001 when he was uncovered as not being the holy man without sin that he was preaching he was. His preaching was against specific sins that he was actually grossly involved in. Thus he was using his preaching against these sins as a cover so no one would suspect him of these sins.
Bringing out one’s fleshly life here is his declaration that he does not acknowledge or believe that he is wrong and living in sin – while he commits sexual sins daily with the women in his Community. And it is back to his tactics of making you feel guilty. Something he is unable to feel. Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness (Eph 4:19). Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron (1Tim 4:2).
“This is the spirit of antichrist.”
Well said. Take a look at Test the Spirits to understand why Brother Stair is void of understanding in the verses he’s quoting (Pr 7:7, 11:12, 10:13).
Brother Stair goes back to The Voice of Healing, Ernest Angley, Rex Humbard (and his Cathedral of Tomorrow). He forgot to mention Gene Ewing who taught him how to scam people with his famous generating faith in people by lying on God with his often aired, God told me there are 1,000 people out there who have $1,000 to give me. This is one way that Brother Stair made his cool $45 million dollars. Selling shortwave radios that he doesn’t have so that he can just take your offering wasn’t near as profitable as that scam. [He’s currently airing old broadcasts with these offers – for radios which he doesn’t have – but he will still take your offering and give you nothing but a thanks]
“How do you talk to them Lord? Their eyes are so dark.”
A great testimony of your house that is under the greatest preacher the world has known. Perhaps it’s what they’re hearing that is making them so dark and without understanding. Be careful little ears what you hear. This is something you could imagine him saying in visiting another Church but never to your own house. It only tells everyone to stay far away because how are you going to help me if you can’t help the people sitting under you?
“When are you folk gonna wake up?”
We ask that same question. Fortunately, 99% of Brother Stair’s followers have woke up and left after seeing the light. That’s how you remove the darkness from one’s eyes – flee the darkness.
“A lot of you folk, you’re not serving God.”
Indeed. And his continuing with self-serving and self-pleasing only speaks of himself even more. No one is more about self and self-pleasuring than Brother Stair – the one who takes all the titles he can from everyone, including God. Is the reason that he states that they are not serving God because they are serving Brother Stair instead? (Matthew 6:24)
“Again the Pope, he believes he’s Jesus Christ.”
This is the same as Brother Stair teaches about himself – essentially. No, wait, Brother Stair teaches that he is greater than Jesus. And the god who is not wrong in this clip.
“What is power?” [Money is the answer they give]
“A lot of people accuse me of taking on the Pope [as in taking on being like the Pope]. Because I talk the [same] kinna words a little bit. Because the Pope believes he’s infallible.”
Yes, Brother Stair establishes himself as infallible and does indeed takes on making himself the Protestant Pope. He does talk the same kinna words and hold to many of the same heretical doctrines of the Catholic Church. Like the damnable heresy of Transubstantiation.
“Well, I in Christ am infallible. Can’t be wrong. Won’t be wrong. I’m not wrong!”
There it is. There’s that grandiose narcissism in full bloom. This has not wained in all the things God does to bring him down and te repent of his wickedness. Still, he persists in his headstrong rebellion against everything and everyone godly.
“My only hope is that if I die like Christ, I’ll be raised like Christ.”
Why doesn’t Brother Stair first try living like Christ? What is this dying like Christ? Is Brother Stair going to be crucified for us? Is he planning on raising like Christ too? It’s no wonder he thinks he is Christ – no wait, he says I’m not Christ, that’s because he teaches us that he’s greater than Jesus Christ today. Who wants to be Christ when you can be greater?
“Wasted Years.”
Brother Stair thinks of an old song. Sadly this song represents the sorrows of the 99% that wasted their years and what God entrusted to them squandering it on furthering Brother Stair’s kingdom of sexual desires. Then he complains or brags (depends on how he’s telling it) that he gave them thousands of dollars when they left. What he doesn’t tell you is how many more thousands they gave him. Or of the hundreds of those he gave nothing or next to nothing to, and that isn’t accounting for those he just cast out with nothing.
What’s the purpose of that waste? That waste only furthered the kingdom of Stair. It needs to be noted that the Overcomer Ministry is not a group of God’s people as you would think or imagine it to be. No, the Overcomer is a front that Brother Stair uses to appear that way. It is all Brother Stair. There is no committee or group that decides how things are run or where the money is spent – that is all Brother Stair’s decisions. This is something the IRS should know and look into.
The good influence of godly citizens causes a city to prosper,
By the blessing of the upright a city is exalted,
but the moral decay of the wicked drives it downhill
but by the mouth of the wicked, it is torn down
(Prov 11:11 TLB/NASB)
“It’s amazing how much of our religious practices follow our flesh.”
Brother Stair’s Overcomer Ministry is just such a religious practice. One that follows his flesh and those who don’t go along with this are cast out, then reproached, and he casts out their name as evil (Luke 6:22; 3John 1:9, 11; Isa 66:5). From his beginnings of going to Church for women, to his going into ministry to get women. His schooling by religious shysters who taught him their sexual perversions [they would even engage in sexual orgies]. This pattern of Bro Stair’s religious practice has followed his flesh wholesale.
“Just as soon as I eased up and was a little niced to em, they thought “We’re home free”.”
Notice that Brother Stair’s normal mode is not one of easing up or being nice. The tender mercies of the wicked are cruel (Prov 12:10). Is this the pattern of Jesus or of Satan (John 10:10)?
“I’ve been accused of talking like the Pope. He’s infallible.”
Why would anyone think that of Brother Stair? Would it have anything to do with his talking the [same] kinna words a little bit [as the Pope], as Brother Stair just confessed to a few minutes ago? Or would it be his ability to change the word of God?
Brother Stan once told him to his face, “What, you think you’re the Pope of Rome now? You can change the world of God?” Indeed that is what Brother Stair thinks and teaches. This is why he’s referred to as the Protestant Pope. He gets by with it (so he reasons) by saying that what he says is the spirit of what it says. Thus he teaches his own private interpretation of God’s word (2Peter 1:20).
“What does it take to bring you people, you dead dry bones alive?”
The dead dry bones come alive by the prophet speaking God’s word to them (Ezekiel 37:4-7). Since the bones have never come to life it is evidence that the word of God has never been spoken to them. It’s not the responsibility of the bones to give themselves life. They’re dead remember. It’s purely the fault of the prophet here. See Dry Bones for more on this.
“Forgive me Lord, I’m looking for these people to agree with me.”
Here we find the kind of repentance Brother Stair has. One that is sorry that he’s not getting the praise he desires. All the while, the purpose of this is to bring on these people a repentance that they are not honoring Brother Stair. So it’s in whole, another one of his false repentances for a show, all to get the repentance of these people – not him.
It’s another use of his classic manipulation as he uses moments later when he says (as we often hear) “I wish somebody get so excited ya can’t sit still.” This is done to force response and induce guilt. He further forces someone to act black to get her shouting. He wants her to get out of character – after he asked (and wanted) her to act as her character. Can you say, the spirit of confusion (1Cor 14:33)?
This race game is the same thing Jim Jones would do in his replicating the Black people’s way in the church. More racism can be observed in Brother Stair with his mocking black people in his mockingly voicing that puts down their speech patterns. He does this almost every time Sister Borgess from College Park calls in. Notice how he likes to say “Boy” and the put-down way he says it when he’s talking to a black man in his congregation. Then there’s his copious and proud use of the N-word. Both Jim Jones and Bro Stair schooled themselves as pastors of Black Churches.
We also see here a fulfillment of the scripture the [true] sheep did not listen to and obey them (John 10:8 AMPC). Were these thieves and robbers try to take on the similitude of Christ are out to deceive the flock of God to follow them. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me (John 10:27).
Why is Brother Stair constantly bring up the fact that these sheep don’t hear his voice? Is he trying to inform us that he (Brother Stair) is not the voice of the Master that he claims to be? That is the witness this gives us.
“Don’t act black. Don’t act white. Don’t act at all.”
After he wanted her in character then he plays with these words. No wonder they are in such confusion with what he wants from them. That don’t act at all also doesn’t fit with his constant telling them to put on.
“Thou are the Christ. God manifested, revealed in the flesh.”
What Brother Stair is doing here is to get them into acknowledging him as Christ in the flesh. He’s already teaching this so don’t think that this is not his reasoning and intent. Don’t think we’re right on that? Then listen to his next words…
“Ah you’ll sit there and say amen and then you’ll forget it. First chance you get you’ll forget it.”
The forgetting here is that Brother Stair is this Christ in the flesh.
“Get out of my presence! You devils!”
Upset at their lack of acceptance of this, Brother Stair forgot about his repentance five and a half minutes earlier. Showing that it wasn’t a repentance of godly sorrow that would have brought Brother Stair salvation (2Cor 7:10). But rather one that he regretted and is producing death (2Cor 7:10). A death that we are now witnessing in this death talk (Prov 18:21).
“Listen now! PEANUT BRAINS LISTEN!”
See above. Also, we see here Brother Stair is either rebelling against God or again lying on God because he said that God told him to stop calling them peanut brains in 2002. Why does he persist in disobeying a direct command of God to his ears? The hypocrisy, someone should be practicing listening now to God.
The good man gives wise advice, but the liar’s counsel is shunned
(Prov 10:31 TLB)
“Damn it they won’t budge. They just. Damn it! They won’t budge. They just sit there in defiance. Ah.”
And again… see above the above, and the above on defiance to God. And again, this is not the same Ezekiel from the bible who would fall down and cry out to God to not kill the people (Eze 9:8, 11:13). What think ye of this spirit we are witnessing here?
Brother Stair spoke of what we’re seeing here once himself when quoting Isaiah. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword (Isaiah 1:19-20). Brother Stair is the latter ye. He is being devoured by his own house because of his rebellion and refusal to repent – as with his sin against the River and Brother Chris.
Brother Stair shows here that he is not eating the good of the land. This is (according to the word of God, a word that Brother Stair has often proclaimed against us) because he is not willing and obedient to God’s word but persists in walking in his own ways – ways of sexual perversion most often (Acts 14:15-16; 1Cor 6:18). This is a man that is without chastisement when it comes to his flesh (Heb 12:8).
“How does it feel to look at a woman to lust after her? Kind of exciting huh? I know all about it.”
Why is an 87-year-old man still excited about lust? Because he still lusts, and covets, and is angry and wars, and desires to have, because he cannot obtain (James 4:2).
“In fact sometimes when I was young I’d get that spirit of lust and, some I could get and some I couldn’t get.”
He still has this problem and this is why we hear the constant anger from him against those who don’t submit to his fleshly desires.
“And if I try to talk to you about being free from lust, you folk are so full of lust you can’t contemplate somebody being free from lust.”
The classic pot calling the kettle black. Brother Stair, why is there lust of your Farm? When everything comes from the top down, why do your people deal with lust? Why isn’t the shepherd, the protector, and perfector of these people not guarding them against this spirit being on his grounds? He blames it on their bringing it there. How is this possible when he vets everyone? Is he not hearing from God in his vetting? Or is he preserving this spirit? As evidence would witness to us. This is also the reason many fled from Brother Stair.
How is Brother Stair’s groping, hugging, and rape (physically, mentally, and emotionally) not based in lust? Where and when did Brother Stair ever get free from this spirit that has caused all his problems. Was this not the spirit responsible for his sex crimes in 2001 and again in 2017? But epic grandiose narcissism will always point the finger away from themselves. Perhaps it’s what is causing his insanity seen in the last few years.
This is truly a Lying Hypoctire at work.
The man unable to contemplate somebody being free from lust is Brother Stair. He has long preached that everyone lusts and that even Jesus lusted. As he once taught that lust isn’t a sin (who knows why he doesn’t go back to that teaching today). He taught that we are all full of lust and we are the reason for the lust on his Farm. Brother Stair has no concept that there could be a man who has never been with a woman. This reasoning makes him no worse than anyone else – in his twisted mind.
“Lust for identity.”
Herein we find Brother Stair’s greatest lust – for power. To be identified as God’s great prophet of the Last Days. As the Son of Man, the Elijah to come, the Voice of God Himself, and many more titles Brother Stair entitles himself to.
“Some of you sinner need to convert to saints. You need to be converted.”
Here again, we find that Brother Stair’s own house, picked by God and vetted by Brother Stair – is not saved. How odd is that?
“When you get converted you’ll strengthen your brothers.”
Here we find that Brother Stair is not converted. No matter how much he claims his beatings, mockings, and abusive behavior is to strengthen his house – it does just the opposite. Empty words of hypocrisy.
“You folk have no comprehension.”
As Brother Stan has often said, How is it that people under the greatest preacher of all time could be without comprehension or understanding?
“Ask and I just keep on asking. Until I get what I’m asking for.”
This reminds us of how he needled Sister Brown until she finally gave in to his sexual demands.
“You folk AMAZE me. You amaze me, you really do.”
Why would God’s great prophet be amazed?
“There’s nothing here that’s hid.”
Now we see why their looks amaze him. They know better. It’s only his radio listeners (from whom his financial support comes) that don’t know that there is much that is hidden and done in a corner (Acts 26:26).
“Everybody knows how you act and react. Everybody. Yeah they do.”
Oh, he was talking about them not hidden. This is partially correct, Brother Stair hangs their dirty laundry out for all to see, it’s his that is hidden. So the previous statement is more partially true if you consider that Brother Stair was talking about them and not him.
Exposing Rose
“Let me show you one that I’ve noticed. Come here. No, no, no, no, I’m doing this, here.” [He ‘handles’ Rose. Giggling ensues and Bro Stair breaths heavily] “I always take a risk with this.” “What do you think I thought about when I was talking about smelling like Rose?”
He has Rose come up to be groped. [It’s something you’re going to have to witness for yourself in listening to it here] By the way, that sweet-smelling Rose should remind us of Proverbs 5, For the lips of a prostitute are as sweet as honey, and smooth flattery is her stock-in-trade (Prov 5:3 TLB). Perhaps he often mistakes and replaces the double-edged sword of God’s word (Heb 4:12) for the sharp as a double-edged sword of the prostitute (Pr 5:4 TLB). It’s an easy mistake to make when you didn’t LISTEN to wisdom (Pr 5:1-2, 7, 12, 23).
“Oh, by the way, this is Rose. I haven’t got all the thorns cut off yet. I’m working on it.” [Laughs]
This Rose is another man’s wife. This Rose is Brother Stair’s live-in chambermaid (to put it mildly). She is the one Brother Stair primarily commits adultery with and is the reason that his previous wife Teresa divorced him. Why is Brother Stair working on another man’s wife? Why is another man’s wife living with Brother Stair? Yes, you are an adulterous wife who lives with other men instead of her own husband (Ezekiel 16:32 TLB).
Interesting how he doesn’t usually call her Sister Rose either, just Rose. It’s like she’s just a sideshow attraction for him – a temple prostitute.
And why wilt thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman,
and embrace the bosom of a stranger?
Why delight yourself with prostitutes, embracing what isn’t yours?
(Prov 5:20 ,TLB)
While it is common that Brother Stair works on all the wives, should this be? Are his sexual habits in accord with the Gospel of Christ? Perhaps that doesn’t matter here because Brother Stair preaches another gospel. A gospel where sin is not an issue – so fully indulge in it is his response. So these actions we witness here in Bro Stair should not surprise us.
Brother Stair bought some $200-300 per ounce perfume for Rose. [Our thanks go out to the financial supporters for these very expense foolishly lavish things that every holiness Christian Community needs] Sometimes you’ve got to compensate your whores for their services with a goat so they don’t hold on to your staff (Genesis 38:17-18).
“I like to get things for her.”
Again, this is another man’s wife. This is something that he would have railed upon Teresa for asking for and would have used it (and he did many such like things) as a topic in the Dining Hall to put her down for. He did like spending radio money for dogs that he liked. Though he would make others that came get rid of their pets. Do you hear that hypocrisy ringing in your ears too?
Brother Stair doesn’t think the bible applies to him. Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned? Can one go upon hot coals, and his feet not be burned? (Pr 6:27-28) Brother Stair believes that he can and won’t get burned. Therefore he thinks scripture doesn’t apply to him, that he that goeth into his neighbor’s wife; whosoever toucheth her shall not be innocent (Pr 6:29). Thus he complains about people holding guilt over him not letting it go.
Yet the Word of God tells us that Whoso committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding: he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul. A wound and dishonor shall he get; and his reproach shall not be wiped away. So he that goeth into his neighbor’s wife; whosoever toucheth her shall not be innocent (Prov 6:32-33).
Scripture tells us that this sin (which Brother Stair makes to be insignificant and less than our sins of iniquity) is one that comes with a special reward – the reproach of it shall not be wiped away. Furthermore, the consequences of disobedience listed in Deuteronomy 28:15-68 come into effect here with his covenant-breaking. Which brings him under these curses.
Why then is it the great man of God always harping on getting people to turn a blind eye to this – against the word of God? He wants everyone to ignore God’s word on the matter and sweep it under the carpet. Meanwhile your little gnat sins he will run up the flagpole and parade throughout the whole world.
We witness God’s adherence to this and His refusal to whip it away in the case where Brother Stair has tried for years to get his charges from 2002 expunged from the record. They wouldn’t do it. The main reason he wants these 2002 charges removed is that he knows when he gets caught again (which he did in 2017) that these charges will affect the new case. Establishing his pattern of assault and possibly retrying him on them.
“So, when I do that, money don’t come to mind. If I’m gonna get something for you I don’t care what it cost.”
Why would money matter to Brother Stair? It’s not like he worked for it. It’s the hard work of his listeners and those he’s blinded, fleeced, and that are there grinding our his grain (Judges 16:21). He doesn’t care. When it makes his temple prostitute happy, she will end up making him happy.
“Now everybody’s using this little children thing, to keep them away from this place.”
We hope so! Brother Stair is telling us that his groping of children and sisters should not be of any significance to keep anyone from coming to be likewise groped. He’s referring to the video where he is clearly groping a 12-year-old, that he says he’s clearly not. You be the judge on What He’s After. I think the picture alone says it all.
He’s lesser referring to his restriction that he cannot have contact with a minor. Lesser because he has ignored this and bypassed it at every Feast Day Gathering. He figures, and teaches, that if the children come and hug me that it’s not the same because he didn’t instigate it. Even though his teaching is instigating it.
“And they want me to say, ‘Praise the Lord’ Brother Stair [mockingly]. I ain’t gonna do it!”
It’s interesting when a Sister calls in and is shouting and the congregation with her, then she says ‘Praise the Lord Brother Stair’ giving him the opportunity to join in like he does to get them to shout. But wait, Brother Stair is like a dead dry bone. What happened to his example to us? Perhaps all these deadpan faces are their following his example. Reaping what he sows.
All he want’s to know is if she is ready to pay the price. He wants another new woman and is seeking to get her away from her family. He’s questioning the reality of her shouting to pay the price to sacrifice herself to the prophet. “If nobody will go with me.” Brother Ben calls and Brother Stair gets mad. After wanting phone calls he’s not happy when he gets them. Same as it ever was. Same as it will ever be. He’s upset that they haven’t got out of the city and into his city.
“I ask you, you Peanut Brains who sit in my audience today with your dignified looks on your faces. How would you handle that?”
The 4th Thunder Revealed
“What is Thunder number four?”
Brother Stair doesn’t mind this phone call – but he does mind it. You figure that one out, or just properly call it confusion (1Cor 14:33).
The caller tells us that “Thunder #4 was when the Pope came to the USA and spoke to Congress, Senate, and President Obama.” “That’s been given a long time ago,” says Brother Stair. [It was September 2015]
“See I’m waiting for the 5th Thunder. Could it have blown?”
Not sure we should be expecting a revelation of a Thunder from someone that is wondering if it has blown. First of all, thunders don’t blow. Those are Trumpets that blow. Second, the Seven Thunders were not prescribed to be revealed as that would be adding to the words of the prophecy of Revelation – which adds to that person the plagues therein (Rev 22:18-19).
Thirdly, if the prophet that is to reveal (these unrevealed words) doesn’t know whether it could have happened already or not doesn’t know, then he’s missed the revelation. Since he says (as if he did know) that the last three will happen very quickly and close to one another, then all three could blow before he knows, and then no one will know what they said or that the End has already come. A lot of good this prophet is doing us.
Perhaps we’ve been hearing Bro Stair wrong all these years. Are these the Seven Trumpets that he’s been revealing? Either way, we should remember that Brother Stair said for at least two decades that when the 4th Thunder sounds the last three would happen very soon after and very quickly. Thus he managed to drag out the fourth Thunder as long as he could.
But after the Pope’s visit in September 2015 Bro Stair announced that this was the 4th Thunder. Thus the last Three Thunders would be soon after and together quickly. Well, that was almost six years ago [2021] and this quickness is looking mighty slack. Now don’t try to justify that with 2 Peter 3:9 because this isn’t God that’s being slack nor is this anything Peter was talking about. Peter talks of our coming to repentance, not of some revelation that isn’t supposed to be revealed (Rev 22:18).
So when Brother Stair says he’s waiting for the 5th Thunder and is clueless to its sounding (or blowing) he should realize that he shouldn’t be waiting – because the 5th, 6th, and 7th would all sound very shortly after the 4th – so spoke the prophet who thinks they are to be revealed. He should be wondering where 5-7 have gone, of how he missed them.
Perhaps it’s too late and Jesus is almost here? After all, Bro Stair teaches that we won’t know till we’re already in it (Tribulation) or it’s already over. We should pay careful attention to all the things that Brother Stair has told us that must happen first. Look well over the lists in Is Jesus Coming in 2021 as to where we are in the timeframe the Prophet has put down.
“I’ll probably lose some more of ya, ‘cos I’m not gonna take nothing from any of ya.”
The hireling is showing out here – he careth not for the sheep (John 10:13). Here’s a man that has lost (almost) all that the Father has sent him (John 18:9). Yet he proclaims himself to be the pattern of Jesus. Brother Stair teaches this loss as if it were God’s will. While Jesus told us that the Father’s will which hath sent Me, [is] that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing (John 6:39). The wicked shall lose everything (Pr 10:30 TLB).
What we are witnessing here is the fruit of a man that is not doing the Father’s will and is not offering any help to those that put their trust in him (Matt 7:15-20). All they can expect is to be cast away. Jesus didn’t pattern Himself very well after this prototype because Jesus said, Of them which Thou gavest Me have I lost none (John 18:9). The opposite words we constantly hear from the prototype of Christ.
The fool who provokes his family to anger and resentment
will finally have nothing worthwhile left (Prov 11:29 TLB)
Taking nothing from any of ya puts this man in the seat of the fool, the mocker, and the scoffer. A read through Proverbs every month will show us this clearly. Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but he who rejects reproof leads others astray (Pr 10:17 ESV). Stern warning for anyone following such a man. This is another act of exalting himself above God’s people (2Thes 2:4).
“Revelation don’t come from you.”
Brother Stair can’t know this because it might be revealed to us and God won’t tell him we know until it’s revealed to him – and that won’t happen till after the matter. Perhaps it hasn’t been revealed to him yet that it comes from us. So he can’t know it’s revealed and comes from us until after we have already had the revelation. [Kinna getting trapped in his own reasoning there isn’t he?]
Just like those precious Thunders that he has no clue if they were revealed yet or not. Apparently, revelation isn’t coming from Brother Stair either. Especially when he often says, God has made it very clear that we’re coming to the end of this thing. How indeed has God done this clarity? It’s certainly not through Brother Stair that clarity has come. Why he doesn’t even know if we’re in the Tribulation period. The same 3.5 year Tribulation (by his teaching) that he’s been saying we might be in for over 20 years.
Then there’s the revelation of the Seven Thunders – one of Brother Stair’s own branded (concocted) revelations. For which God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in Revelation (Rev 22:18). Unlike John the Revelator who wrote the Seals and Trumpets, Brother Stair has no clue of what his Thunders said until something interesting happens that he then ties to them.
Nothing world-shaking like the fall of the Berlin Wall or COVID-19. No, nothing that has any effect or bearing on God’s people either. These Thunders of Brother Stair are of no consequence to God’s people in either telling where we are in time or in preparing for the next one. Because we don’t know what the next one is, nor do we know how the last four had any bearing on the Church, the End Time timeframe, or… well anything.
They are completely inconsequential and insignificant. It’s almost like God had them shut up. Oh wait – He did! John’s Revelation told us before the fact – because that’s what revelation is. It’s also what a prophet does – before the event. It’s not prophecy if it’s coming after the fact. Anyone can do that, it’s called hindsight not revelation.
Brother Stair’s understanding of revelation is also one that thinks revelation means hidden. John didn’t hide what he wrote in his Revelation. It’s all right there in the word itself – revelation – revealing. Knowing how Bro Stair loves to dissect and play with words you would think he would have seen this. If not, then he could have just read it in the first verse of the book. Which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass (Rev 1:1).
It’s not rocket science folks. God’s final word was Jesus, and this final book is The Revelation of Jesus Christ (Rev 1:1). God doesn’t need some great one (Acts 8:9) trying to make themselves important by making up some self-concocted revelations to reveal His plan.
God doesn’t work that way. His eternal purpose is in using His Church today as a Body, not as a solo mission for one man to be a magnified sign above them (Eph 3:10-11; 2Thes 2:4). That, my friends, is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders (2Thes 2:9).
“This is as close as I’ve seen the Pope come. Could this be the 5th Thunder? Well the 5th Thunder when it goes, the following ones are gonna go bang bang.”
This is what Brother Stair long said about the Fourth Thunder, now it’s been moved to the fifth Thunder – conveniently. Will it likewise be move on to the Sixth Thunder?
How again does the great prophet that we all look to to reveal End Time events to us not know? We’d better be finding someone that does know, or better, find out what God’s word says to see if any of this nonsense has anything to do with God’s timetable.
“Why are you responding like that?” “Why are you folk sitting there just doing that?”
Is Brother Stair asking for an answer that he doesn’t have? Is he going to accept the answer that we could give him? Moreso, why is he paying attention to something he tells us that God commanded him to not be paying attention to – or at least not fearing – which he is?
“I’m a sure thing.” “Yesterday…”
It is a sure thing that Brother Stair can be counted on to be unchanging in his wicked ways. He gets them to say/sing …today, forever, Jesus is the same. Why did Brother Stair again put himself in the place of Jesus? Saying he’s the sure thing then going into a song about unchanging Jesus.
Then Brother Patterson says his pet phrase, “None like him in the earth”. To which Brother Sair instantly responds to him…
“Don’t forget it now.”
Brother Stair takes this chance to again accuse Brother Chris at the River as having forgotten that God Himself told him ‘That’s sMy servant’ (Rev 12:10). Then reviles and rails on Brother Chris for making God a liar (Rev 12:10; Pr 9:7,8 TLB).
If it were true that God said ‘That’s My servant’, then it is Brother Stair that has made God a liar by turning from God and not serving Him as His servant. Which is the reason Brother Chris and the River left Bro Stair to his serving himself.
Another example of Brother Stair lying on God is seen in his generating faith in people by falsely saying that God told me there are 1,000 people to give $1,000. This is a shyster trick he would often employ (and still does) which he confessed in 2002 that God never told me that, I’m just doing it to generate faith. Sounds more like it was done to generating money – you know, that stuff Bro Stair doesn’t have a love of (1Tim 6:10). Who then is making God a liar there?
If you rebuke a mocker, you will only get a smart retort;
yes, he will snarl at you.
he will only hate you for trying to help him.

It is Brother Chris whose familiar friend, in whom he trusted, which did eat of his bread (bread that Bro Chris paid for) that hath lifted up his heel against Brother Chris (Psalm 41:9). It is an abomination to the LORD (and man) that Bro Stair accuses Brother Chris as the one being in the wrong – because Brother Chris protected the sisters at the River against Bro Stair’s sexual agenda (Prov 17:15). For this, he is vilified (Prov 29:27).
How does anyone buy that a servant of God sexually molests the flock of God? Even the abusive language against God’s anointed people is enough to show us this is a work of the devil not of God (Ps 105:15; John 10:10). But God does not change – as Brother Stair likes to point out only to justify the witness you (falsely) got from God does not change.
Thus, God would have never given anyone such a word or witness on Brother Stair. Aside from the important fact that God doesn’t do this. God’s word and Jesus (the Word in flesh) tell us clearly and consistently in both Old and New Testament that the way you know a man – and especially, specifically, a prophet – is by their fruits (Matt 7:15-10). Ask yourself why Brother Stair will not preach this? [It’s because his fruit witnesses against him]
God isn’t going to tell you something that goes contrary to His word, which already tells you how you get a witness on a man. It is by what we both see and hear (1John 1:1; Luke 7:22; Php 4:9). Jesus Himself adhered to this standard (John 5:31, 8:14). Ye shall know them by their fruits (Matt 7:15-20).
Sitting with the Holy One
“You know where you’re sitting?” “In the presence of the Holy One.”
I think by now we know what Brother Stair means by that. He opposes and exalts himself so proudly and insolently against and over God’s people and God’s word and directs their worship. He actually does this in his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming that he himself is God (2 Thessalonians 2:4 AMPC).
“Have you learned how to live with your husbands yet?”
Perhaps he means learned how to live without your husbands because that’s what Rose is having to do. That’s what many of the new sisters are doing now that he removed them from their homes. It’s what he’s working on doing with Sister Burgess by coming between her and her husband by saying that he’s not right with God and that he’s in rebellion – to have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness. Bro Stair even told him lately that he’s going to Hell. So how is Brother Stair helping Sister Burgess to learn to live with her husband like this?
This having no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness (Eph 5:11) is the reason the 99% have left Brother Stair. Yet he will not give them the right to exercise this scripture over him. God’s word here in Ephesians is one of the reasons why we do what we do – but rather reprove them (Eph 5:11).
“Surely you’re not going to make it with your enemies.”
Continuing from living with your husbands, wives, and friends, Brother Stair says we’re not going to make it with our enemies if we don’t learn to live with our husbands, wives, and friends. This also works in reverse to show us if we’ve learned or not. If you’re not making it with your enemies (like Brother Stair doesn’t) then you haven’t learned to live with your husbands, wives, and friends. Certainly, Brother Stair has not learned this.
This is also witnessed in Brother Stair having issues with his enemies (and that they are many). As a result (per this point he is making) of not having learned how to live with his wife Teresa. It’s all back on you Brother Stair. His words are exposing and condemning his own ways. Don’t talk so much. You keep putting your foot in your mouth. Be sensible and turn off the flow! (Prov 10:19 TLB)
The Pattern
“Jesus was a pattern.”
That is essentially the belief and teaching of Brother Stair. That Jesus is merely a pattern that Brother Stair is modeling today. He also teaches that he is the prototype that Jesus is modeled after. So there’s another measure of getting a foot above Jesus (2Thes 2:4). What we witness here is the Doctrine of Lucifer. The exaltation above God’s people (all that is called God) and above God Himself (Jesus) (Isaiah 14:13-15; 2 Thessalonians 2:4).
“Six Days is the End. Old Pat Robertson, every time I think of what that man said, you dog. You barking dog! ‘Anybody that thinks that the Earth has existed only six thousand years is, you’re a fool.’ “
Brother Stair’s vehement anger against anyone that speaks against doctrines that he builds his flimsy foundation upon is cursed by him (Matt 7:26-27). Brother Stair’s whole house of cards falls apart if you don’t buy into this teaching that there are only six-thousand years then the 1,000-years millennium comes and it all ends after the seven-thousand years.
This is the teaching of the 7-thousand year’s Earth. Which teaching has been falsely believed by some for 2,000 years. That’s right, for two thousand years some have taught this and believed that they were at the end of the six-thousand-year cycle – just like Brother Stair thinks. This is what the tenents of this doctrine won’t tell you – they don’t know when it started – so they don’t know when it ends. They just take the time they are living in and make it the end of the six-thousand-year period – just like Bro Stair is doing.
This is the doctrine of God’s Week, where we are only here for one week. It comes from a false understanding and interpretation of 2 Peter 3:8 which those that error on this don’t seem to realize that Peter is quoting Moses in Psalm 90. They also seem to overlook the words is as and take them to be IS. That Psalm of Moses makes it clearer that he is not saying that a thousand years on Earth is to God a day. This is thus spun into the thinking that since God made the Earth in a week that we only have 7 days on Earth.
For a thousand years in Thy sight
are but as yesterday when it is past,
and as a watch in the night
(Psalm 90:4)
Moses makes more the argument that our day is to God is as a thousand years. Moses also makes it as 3-4 hours (a watch). How are you going to fit those into this reasoning? [Put three hours to a thousand years into your calculator and see where we are. It will blow up this seven-thousand-year doctrine.] Moses and Peter are saying that time means nothing to God. God is outside of time. So why would someone think that a day is a thousand years to God? God has no days or years. He’s timeless.
You’d think the prophet of time would know that – certainly. Perhaps there’s another agenda he is perpetrating here? One that preaches an urgency that puts people into fear and forces them to act on this misinformation and divest themselves of their goods and lives to said prophet.
This also overlooks the fact that the Earth is also existed outside of time and therefore Pat Robertson is correct in realizing that the Earth is not six thousand years old. Does Brother Stair forget his own teaching that God began time when He started working on the Earth? An Earth that already existed. Perhaps he just likes a chance to curse and damn people, as he will get to in a moment.
The greatest error here is that all this false teaching is done to overlook what Peter is emphasizing, But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing (2Pt 3:8). Yet we are not only ignorant to what one thing Peter is wanting to tell us but we are distracted from it completely by thinking that the one thing is about some thousand-year-day doctrine.
This is one reason why we call it a false doctrine. Another being that it has nothing scriptural backing it up. It’s a distraction from the truth, just like we’ve been distracted from what Peter is trying to say here.
Peter’s one thing is that because God is timeless that God is not slack concerning His promise, but that all should come to repentance(v 9). His point for us to remember here is not that God is 1,000 years out of sync but rather what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness (v 11). Peter’s one thing is that we be diligent that ye may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless (v 14).
Though time is as nothing to God, we need to use our time to be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless (v 14). This is not about some secret revelation of some timeframe of the Earth. God is concerned about the holy conversation and godliness of His people (v 11).
These things are what men like Brother Stair steer us far from by concentration on some thousand-year-day teaching – because, without it, their teachings are worthless to us. Why do these men distract you from holy conversation and godliness, to be diligent that ye may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless? Why is their own lives void of these things that Peter says for us to not be ignorant of ?
For certain [men] have crept in unnoticed, those who were long beforehand marked out for this condemnation, ungodly persons who turn the grace of our God into indecent behavior and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ

“Menton that when you get to Hell sir.”
Here we have the rage of a fool (fool, according to Pat Robertson) that uses his mouth to curse those who don’t say what he wants to be said (Ps 10:7; Jam 3:10). Pat has to be cursed because he spat in the face of Brother Stair’s false doctrine wherewith he makes this the Last Day. Because that’s how you deal with this, you don’t deal with it by putting forth truth, you deal with it by cursing and abuse – the hallmarks of the Overcomer Ministry.
This vehement cursing (and damning to Hell) goes to show us that this doctrine has no foot of truth to stand upon. It requires mudslinging and name-calling to make it valid. That’s not how God’s truth works.

What Jesus Said
Jesus told us that all who came before Him were thieves and robbers (John 10:8). They were fakes and imposters perpetrating to be Christ, of Christ, or in His stead. Unfortunately, it doesn’t go without saying, so we’ll say it here. That these thieves and robbers are also the ones that come after Him (Acts 20:29-31). These men seek to make disciples of themselves – speaking perverse and distorted things, to draw away the disciples after themselves [as their followers] (Acts 20:29-31 AMP).
Paul warned that these grievous wolves come in to scatter the flock (Acts 20:29). Can you think of another ministry that has been more scattered than Brother Stair’s Overcomer Ministry? It makes you think the naming of it was an intentional play on Overcoming the saints (Rev 13:7).
Jesus was God’s final word – why seek ye another? Why seek ye the living among the dead (Luke 24:5)? Brother Stair would make you believe that if you don’t receive him as God’s prophet then you’re damned and will not know what God is doing or what time it is.
Certainly, we have witnessed that Brother Stair has no understanding of what time it is (1Chronicles 12:32) [even in today’s misunderstanding of the 7 Thunders]. In part due to his double heart (1Chron 12:33). His failed prophecies, false comings of Jesus, and constant changing of his doctrines to fit his wicked lifestyle, all show us he has nothing to do with God’s plan.
Leave them alone; they are blind guides of blind people. And if a person who is blind guides another who is blind, both will fall into a pit (Matt 15:14 NASB).
